I paid real money for ingame currency in a game called Aion and have got nothing but the run around from the company. They took the money from my bank account and sent me a ingame message with nothing on it. I've live chatted, E-mailed and called the phone number listed for the business and keep getting the same answer. Call back in an hour, or call back in 9 hours. Now they hang up on me when they hear my voice on the phone, they ignore me in live chats and they refuse to refund my money. I went in for a partial highlight and came out 2 1/2 hours later with bronze and gold splotched hair. The girl that ruined my color did not introduce herself so I'll just describe her as a heavy set african american female in her twenties. The other women there shrugged her off when she asked for help time and time again. She continued to ask everyone elses advice because she had no idea what she was doing. SCAM! Please beware. I have no idea how they get away with it. Anything you sign with them will automatically open a loan application for you which will ruin your credit history. This doesn't happen to just one person, happens to everyone. They will tell you it's a month to month payment contract.. This company hires people claiming to be "psychics", "mediums", "channelers", etc. Their primary goal is to keep a customer on the phone as long as possible to collect their money and ultimately, be promoted to the next higher price per minute rate. Some of these "psychics" keep notes and reference them by asking your name and birth date again when you call back, some will even ask you to call back within a week while they "pray" about your matter. I took my wedding ring set (solitaire and wrap) in to Kay Jewelers at the Midland Mall because the ring had started to trap soap/dirt/grime on my finger and made my finger break out. The ring was tight, and the store staff suggested having it sized up half a size. I agreed and had them send my ring out. I went in to pick up my ring and instantly went to put the ring on. I walked into this store and from the beginning I should have realized that as a customer I would not be taken care of properly. Not only is the food overpriced but when it came to delivery, the old delivery guy had the audacity to hassle me for a tip because I didn't give him one (the first time). I understand the courtesy of tipping a delivery driver. But when there is already a delivery charge on the order and on top of that the delivery man cops attitude if you don't already have singles in your hand, then there is a problem. I have ordered veggie pizza at 2:08 pm on 11/15/2009 and it was suppose to be delivered at 2:38 pm. I called the restaurant at 3:10 pm for the pizza and lady was rude and didn't respond properly.
