I ordered beauty products from this company on the 19th January 2009. They immediately took the money from my debit card and my bank statement shows that the money was taken on the 19th January. Ordered a battery via the internet on the 27/1/2009, after a week sent an email to them asking where was it. Receieved a reply saying awaiting deliveries from China W/c 2 March 2009. On the 9th Feb the battery appeared in the post only to find it had been badly assembled and wont fit the laptopas its damaged. I checked my Virgin mobile phone bill online and saw I had been charged £18 in the form of 3 texts on Jan 25 and 3 on Jan 30th, and charges £3 per text. This company is a fraudulent company. I bought an F1 ticket & paid by bank transfer the sum of £319 for a Silverstone F1 ticket which i never received. All my calls & emails to them were mostly unanswered. They sent me a dodgy email with what looked like a scanned receipt for a refund to my bank account. The money was never received. Ripped off by VW and Esserman International VW I took my 2005 VW Passat TDI in for service at Esserman International VW in Miami FL for a vibration problem. Throughout my contract, I have had to contact Tiscali for services down almost monthly. During November and December. I called daily because I had intermittent service, I would be online for one min and then it would click me off. I was told they had server issues, call back tomorrow. this lasted for about 7 days. I too was scammed but instead decided to scam back. I recieve the two free mugs as well as a two dollar charge. Three days later I recieved a duplicate charge for 79 dollars thats a whopping 158 dollars. I was thinking this must be some good coffee but never tried it. We purchased the SAME window from another company and the cost was FAR LESS than Power Windows & Siding wanted to charge us. I initiated a calling card and a temporary cell phone for my daughter traveling in Israel for one month. The phone number they sent me what not the phone number that went to my daughters phone and they did not figure out the problem for a week. Charges were more than expected and the bills was too confusing to understand. They kept billing on the calling card to keep the account open after I asked for it to be closed. I recently purchased a very expensive headboard and bed from this furniture store and paid to have them install it. I ordered the Malika Rug to be delivered to my NYC apartment. The cost for delivery is VERY expensive and they give you a LARGE window of time. I had to hire someone to sit at my apartment to wait for the rug to be delivered so I wouldn't have to take time out of work. They delivered the rug and left. Well upon unpackaging the large rug it was realized they sent the WRONG one! This is a huge inconvenience! They need to get their act together. We had the US window factory change all the windows in our house on 6-5-09, spent $4, 662. There is a lifetime warranty also. They installed the windows and left without checking if all the windows work properly. We tried locking the windows with negative results. The top part is loose and keeps coming down in ALL the windows in the whole house and the windows do not lock.
