I had a student loan with TFC which i paid ALL of it ON TIME. Their computer made an error that I was delinquent for 120 days! That was reported to the credit agencies, and my score went down 100 points plus I could not get any good business loans or anything else with good rates. I hired JBL A/C Service and Duct Cleaning to clean my ducts, dryer vent and install UV light systems in each of my A/C units (2). I recently had highlights/lowlights and a cut from Danielle at Mane Stage. She was very pleasant but she has no idea what she is doing. It took her over 2 hours to foil my hair & I have shoulder length hair. Because it took her 2 hours just to foil my hair the first foils were finished processing before the rest but she didn't take them out. Instead my hair is overprocessed & damaged. I had to go to another salon to fix my hair because I placed 4 calls to the manager and did not get a return phone call. Just venting...I have the 5Mbps road Runner Service from Oceanic Cable in Honolulu and more often it never gets anywhere near that speed. Many times when I measure the speed, it's in the 300kbps to 1Mbps range. Occasionally, I would get 5Mbps but that's if I use it in obscure hours of the day when other people are either sleeping or not at home. Stay away from this company. I had a furnace go out and they are not standing behind thier coverage. I will not dispute the amount that they are covering on the equipment, but their lack of coverage on basic labor and installation is horrible. They try to find every reason not to cover every little thing. The only offered to cover $325 worth of labor and intsall on a furnance. These inks, pens, adhesives especially will ruin any photos they are used on the same page with.
