We ordered the above-referenced range hood from this company. When we received it, we realized it had already been installed (and removed) and then repackaged. The hood had several rivets missing, the electrical panel missing (there was a hole where the LCD panel should have been!), several screws missing, caulk on the electrical cord, and a dented exhaust vent. Paid a deposit for a kitchen to be refitted only to be told that they could not do the job for the price quoted and that they would return our cheque. This did not transpire and after many phone calls during which we were verbally abused we referred the matter to a solicitor. I went into Thompson to book my holiday to Florida via Jet save. In January they told me that the hotel I booked at Travelodge has been closed due to Health&Safety issues and that the Hotel they offered was the Continental Plaza I looked this hotel up and it was rated as a 1 star and didn't have the shuttles running to the Disney resort and Orland resort free. I am disgusted with Safestyle UK. After quotes and survey by them, they advised that we should have "trickle vents" put in all the windows.
