I purchased the Ameriwood 4506 ready to assemble pantry. The problems began with the shelf supports, the pre drilled holes did not go all the way through. The pantry backing was cheap cardboard which ripped when removing it from the box. Unable to understand the instructions I called custonmer service. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes no one was able to help in any way. I have put together ready to assemble furniture before and never had problems like this. My Dell laptop was only 5 months old. The keyboard was malfunctioning, I was getting frequent blue screens which lead to hours and hours of system restores and my DVD drive stopped recognizing disks. I returned it to Best Buy since this is where I bought it. Geek Squad told me they could ship it to Dell where I would be without my work laptop for 7-8 weeks or I could give them $130 and they would return it to me in 4-6 days repaired. These people are charging back to credit cards without autorization. I have had them take about $100 so far. they need to be stopeed from charging back, period unless they reveal before hand what there intentions are. I had major issues with Wayne's Service Center. I took my vehicle there for a transmission issue and 3 weeks later was told the issue was fixed. I paid and took the car home but the problem was not fixed. Multiple phone calls, two months and four trips back to the shop later and still nothing is fixed and they could not care less.
