John Deere Trike Tricycle built by RC2Corp appeared solidly built, however, a weekness developed in the neck of the trike under the handle bars which broke and bent unexpectedly causing my son to be thrown face first into the cement sidewalk. Very inconsistant, late last year I placed a large order of custom badges, it was said to be delivered on a specific date (4-6 weeks), I received the order over a month later from the 6 weeks. Yesterday, I placed an order for 150 badges, credit card was accepted, we got confirmation numbers and a thank you letter for our order. Out of gut feeling, we decided to make a phone call anyways to make sure the order was placed, we later found out the order was never sent in, AGAIN... I conducted a loan signing application for Notarywork, Inc., Gaetano LoGrande on August 5, 2009. After completing the loan application, I was contacted again to complete the signing on September 24, 2009. I printed two sets of docs arrived at the confirmed time of between 8:30-9:00PM, the signer was nowhere to be found. I called the signer over 13 times and left vm messages for contact and followed up with the title company, First United Home Loans, 5-6 times that night. I ordered some fixture parts from this "company" and what they sent was wrong. Not only did it not look anything like the item on-line it in fact was a completely different electrical good - unusable to me. I called and asked them to pay for the return shipping. We were having carpet scheduled to be installed on a Monday at 9:30am. When no one showed up for a couple hours I called to see where the installers were. They said they didnt know and didnt know when they would show up. Come to find out they finally tell us that they accidently scheduled it for Tuesday instead of Monday and didnt know when someone would be able to make it out. My husband thought this was legitimate, signed up for the "free" trial which turned into two charges, one from DazzleWhite and one from SmileBrite for somewhere around $40 and $80. I think that the assistant manger Patty who works at Safeway and the head clerk by the name of Sarah Holmes leave little to be desired. They are very rude to begin with, but the talk down to the other head clerks and checkers while customers are present. I am not sure what makes either one of think they are better than their staff but most of the staff is very friendly and always willing to help, both of them walk around and when asked a question they act like you are bothering them. Bruce wasted no time charging my credit card $200 as a deposit when I ordered my bed on September 24, 2009. However, the order was actually received by the bed manufacturer on Sept 29, 2009. It is noted on the receipt my bed would take 4-5 weeks, but the manufacturer told me it would actually take 6 weeks. A pattern of lies! I purchased a cub cadet 1050 lawn tractor at TSC in hamilton on 8/14/09. in sept. I had to have it repaied because the hood came all the way off. area wide service in englewood ohio took care of the issue under warrenty. 2 days after i got the mower home, which was two weeks after being in the shop, the belt snapped at the seam. I purchased the three horse power (twenty ton) electric model back in February of this year. The machine is advertised a being quiet, but actually is very loud with a high pitch noise that requires ear protection. Doug (company owner) says it is due to the higher RPM of the three horse power model and the hydraulic pump is making the screaming noise. Doug says he will send me a quiet pump. I received an email to call in to confirm my online order made the previous day. When I called, the rep wanted me to pay $150 for starter kit accessories listed, which were listed as "INCLUDED ACCESSORIES" on their website. I double-checked online and call them back reminding them that it is false advertisement. They removed the clause from the web and immediately canceled my order via email. I have done extensive search on the company since and discovered they formerly operate under two other names (both shut down). Rude customer service operator who kept insisting that the company does not deal with consumers only retailers. My bed is still "in production" whatever that means and no one can do anything to help me. Very disappointed in the attitude of this company and will not reccomend Wesley Allen furniture to anyone. April 2009 I had dental scaling done to both sides of my mouth at Penn Dental. The procedure is covered by my insurance, but I got a bill from Penn Dental, stating that the insurer would cover only half. The insurer claimed that I'd had the procedure done twice on one side of my mouth, not once on both sides. It would not cover the procedure done twice to one side. I had not ordered continuation of the product as it was ineffective. I phoned 1st Access when my boiler stopped working, The engineer arrived at my apartment and after a deliberated 40 minutes I was told "the elements had gone" and I need to replace them, but the engineer "rewired them" so I can have hot water for tonight. I asked how much it would cost to replace the elements and he told me he could offer a "special rate" of GBP 600. I had to pay GBP 126 for his "rewiring" fix too. The Waverly Walmart Pharmacist Amy on 10-19-09 and also Mark on 10-20-09 both messed up my sons prescription for Tammaflu. 1st MISTAKE - and (I say mistake which should not be taken lightly since we are dealing with peoples lives) the tammaflu was filled for capsules and not liquid for a 7 year old who was just released from the hopital. I am tired of every time I walk into this store (312) on highway 258 in Jacksonville, N.C. . They are so moody I remember going there every day about a year ago and I loved it . I enjoy Food at McDonalds, the problem I seem to have is when I'm ordering French Fries I ask for no salt to be added, when I get the Fries sometimes they aren't fried all the way. I used to eat the fries with the salt added until it got to the point that they tasted like nothing but salt. I know due to Health Reasons a lot of salt is not good for you, thats why I ask for no salt, if Mcdonalds would start giving out the little packets of salt with each order of Fries instead of adding the salt when they are finished frying it would allow people to add the salt if needed & me not having to ask for no salt. read full review »

I purchased a plan with solomobile and since activation i have been getting these "short code program" text messages which charges anywhere from $2 to $5 per incoming text. After speaking to the solomobile both at the kiosk where I purchased the phone and also calling their technical support, solomobile says it's a 3rd party text and they just past the bill to the consumer. Since I did not subscribe to this I end up paying for this. 1st month was $21, now it's $42. I can't get them to reverse the charges and I'm not sure where these messages come from. I purchased 3 Bamboo Shades for my patio to block the heat of the sun. When we installed one, we found it to be useless for this purpose because the slats were to wide apart allowing lots of sunshine to pass through. Autozone is preparing to open a store in my neighborhood. In preparing this building they have painted over a mural that was on the exterior, rear wall of the building, which faces a parking lot and busy street. This was done, I assume, so that their store could be a clone of every other store they have. The mural was painted by local school children and was colorful and whimsical.
