I worked for this company for 5 days, 2 for unpaid training, and 3 actually on site. They expect employees to show up at 7:30 in the morning for a daily meeting, then go out to different sites and work all day, all unpaid. This company uses an "Independent Distributor Agreement" to allow them to use employees like work horses. No gas, food, or regular wages. These companies offer on numerous sites so called free samples of their products - only charge to be postage and package, however their small print (which I so foolishly failed to read) tells you that you are automatically now a member if you dont return the product within 14 days. Nov, 9 2009 took my car to Car-Ex because front wheels were steaming & too hot to touch. They checked it out & I was told it needed compleat brake job, Calipers, rotars & so on. I started using Rocky Mountain (also Global client Solutions) as a dept consolidation compant over a year ago. They told me the more funds I had in my account the sooner creditors will be settled. What liars. I have already been sued by one creditor, which settled at 80%, only one other account was settled prior. I had made several large extra deposits, and the money is just sitting there! They take the money up front from $1250 to $5, 000 and promiss your loan to get modified under the government plans or other plans with a min. interest rate of 3.5%. About 7-8 months ago, I had some HVAC work to be done. My contractor offered CifiFinancial Retail Services credit, and they were running a special deferred interest, so I applied. They quickly gave me a credit line, 10, 000.00 to be exact. I currently have under 1, 000 left, and I just found out my furnace is broken and needs replacing (it's currently off to avoid CO issues) as soon as possible.
