Simply stated: My wife and I ordered blackout blinds for for our newborn's room, very clearly stating we needed blackout blinds. We purchased what the sales rep advised based upon our requests for $300. The order arrived, and the shades/blinds are the furthest thing from blackout than one could imagine. It turned out she did NOT order the book, it was unsolicited, and she was irate at being scammed. This company claim to be a Microsoft Gold Partner, Microsoft has never heard of them. They are fraudulent. They allowed me to download the product, all looked good, payment was taken from my card, then when running the product, there is no product key. The above info was obtained by doing a whois search (whois.com). This site is listed on numerous complaint boards and sites. All have experienced similar treatment. Some have alleged pirated DVD's. I have not received my product, but this particular package, Dr. Who, the complete seasons 1 through 4 cannot be found anywhere else.
