Furniture 123 are still at their old tricks. I ordered a nest of tables on 14 June, for delivery in two weeks. Furniture 123 took the money from my account on the 16 June. I received a phone call from them telling me that they were waiting for new stock to come in and that the goods would be delived by the later part of July. I have tried to contact them several times by phone and email without success. I have now written to them giving them seven days to either deliver the goods or return my money otherwise I will be reporting them and their actions to Trading Standards. We were the 3rd of 3 homes built in our subdivision before the builder went under. Our 8-10 month build time stretched to 18 months and we still had to fight to close at that time. Though they did not file for bankruptcy, we were told that they would provide labor for our warranty, but we would have to pay costs out of pocket. They sell us a Blacberry 8310 as a better option than the Blacberry 9630 that we were asking for. They use their technical knowledge to ambush their clients. They sell us an 8310 at a higher price (U$S 550) than they were asking for the 9630 (499). Our business relocated to an address where AT & T could not provide service, thus we had to cancel our AT & T service and change to another carrier. The AT & T representative gave me a fax number and told me to send a letter explaining that AT&T service was not available at our new location and the termination fees would be waived. I bought a vacum from a sales man back in 2005-2006 i moved and misplaced my papers, i figured ok just go on internet and get a number to the company, all i can find is places that sell the parts. I was told the hose and other parts had a life time warrenty all i am finding is you have to buy this part and that part. This is rediculas i recommend to any one not to buy a tri star vaccum. Sitting at the dinner table my daughter pulled a small piece of material from her mouth after taking a drink of her milk, maybe half a centimeter in size.
