On June 16, 2009 I wrote a check for $52.00 for a magazine that I was told would start in July or August 2009. The check was cashed but as of this date 9-22-2009 I have never received the magazine. When I tried to reach them through the number a machine answers and states that the machine is turned off. This to me is a rip off and I could not truly afford to throw away the $52.00. I purchased a new car that came with Goodyear tires. After only 27, 000 miles a bubble formed on the side of the tire and it has to be replaced. My 2004 Staurn Vue that has 54600 miles on it and the automatic transmission is slipping when when I drive at a constant speed in a reange form 35 - 55 miles per hr. I had in for a diagnosis at a Saturn dealership. They said it is the torque converter that is faulty and it will cost $2100 to replace it. This part has to be defected. I never had an automatic transmission problem in 40 years of driving cars. My husband and I were buying donuts this week in Houston, TX and overheard a Shipley Do-nut employee call a customer "white trash" after the customer complained about receiving rancid, spoiled juice and milk.
