This is how bad the pros are. They claim to have DJs all over the country but actually just sub contract out to people with no experience. further more I chatted on line to a bride to be who claimed to work for the Pros DJ service. They have no idea how to provide a quality Disc Jockey service. Do not hire the pros. They trick you with a $495 price but then you have to add a second DJ (Who never showed up at my wedding) and an extended sound system, complete rip off. On July 18, 2009 I ordered Resveratrol ultra and a colon cleanse product on a FREE Trial offer and all I had to pay was $.99 shipping and handling for each product. Was faxed a form from this company with the official YellowPages logo on the top asking me to update my information and sign and fax back. And with it I would get a free listing with google.com. Well they consider that form that you fax back with your updated company information a contract. They then will wait until AFTER their cancellation period to send you the first invoice. Urban Outfitter placed a double hold on two occasions on purchases made using a checking account MasterCard. The hold means the money was deducted immediately two times off my available balance causing my bank to go into overdraft. Citizens Bank then charges an insufficient fund fee for each purchase on this overdraft. Neither Citizens Bank nor Urban Outfitter corrected the issue which cost me 154 dollars in over draft fees. Shafritz & Braten grossly inflated the amount due on a collection account for a credit card that they had purchased in which I did owe. The amount due with the credit card company was $2955 and they say that I now owe them $7, 100 but won't provide any proof. I have paid them over $2, 200. Purchase queen set mattress in May 2009, left side of mattress is already sinking. Mattress was supposed to be firm and it is not as firm as it should be for this type of mattress. Called Customer Service to setup a warranty tech to come out and check it out. Was asked how many slats on frame, I told them we had 4 slats and was told that they could not help me because our frame did not have (5) slats. Was told to go to home depot and purchase one and add it in order to have someone come out to inspect. We were never told at the store that those were the warranty requirements. That is ridiculous. My 5 year old daughter attended a basic stretch class at this facility and came home with a fracture and torn muscles. My daughter states that a 6 year old girl intentionally and repeatedly injured her. I have asked the facility what the instructor and the other girl had to say about it to no avail. I also received several phone calls stating they were a law firm representing National Advance Payday Services. They stated that I would be arrested and also my parents (who are both dead) would be in trouble. They called several times from several numbers such as 875-820-6274 and 951-616-6886. Privacy MID is a company providing credit card protection services to Chase Bank. System Soad is a piracy software company. Privacy MD and Privacy M made two unauthorized charges of 19.95 for credit protection services and System Soap tried to charge me 79.95 for piracy protection software. I had paid for the window etching on my vehicle 4 years ago. In August of 2009 my vehicle was stolen. The police do not know what method was used to steal the car. The Police report even indicates this information. APCO felt they could make thier own conclusion of how the vehicle was stolen even though the vehicle has not even been recovered yet. I bought a timershare (Worldmark by Wyndham) for $3, 000 on E-Bay from these guys. I paid through Pay Pal. I never receiveid ANYTHING from them. They only thing they have delivered in 3 months is excuses about how long escrow would take (6 to 8 weeks) on the time share; excuses about not being able to get signatures from the seller; and then excuses about how long a refund takes.
