In April 2009, we purchased a travel package that was to include a 3 night/4 day hotel stay, 4 VIP tickets, $25.00 dinner voucher, Coupon Book, $100 Gas Rebate Certificate and a 3/2 night bonus vacation for $179.00. I purchased a 35' Proline Express with a 7.3 KW genset factory installed by Proline. Proline management tells me that when the boat was designed the Kohler factory rep. was standing there watching them installing it and gave it's position, placement and installation his blessing. Certified Security, based in Jacksonville, Florida, has an automatic renewal clause hidden in fine print in a hard-to-read contract. The salesperson will not point this out. The company does not have to tell you first that they are automatically renewing the contract - they just begin billing you again out of the blue. The consumer has no choice in the matter, even if you write them and give them a 60-day notice, you're still hooked. This company clearly states on their site that they accept paypal as payment to purchase online game gold/credits etc. However once you make the payment they do not deliver, and when you attempt to resolve the issue they tell you to make the payment again with westernunion and only AFTER you pay a second time the will refund the paypal transaction which they have yet done. Aug 28, 2009 I signed up for a 24 hour trial with DATA Money Online. The trial fee was 7.95 that were supposed to be refunded unless making money within 24 hours, which wasnt. I researched the site and found that many people were reporting the company name to be fraudulent. These guys come in like military men ripping everything out of our house due to flood from a broken pipe. They tear out walls and floors that are dry and run the bill up with the insurance company that's doing direct pay to them. They call the adjuster for authorization and refuse to consult the home-owner. They advertised a tent for sale that was made out of steel. Tent was purchased as a gift for wife's business. When tent arrived it was checked for damage, all was well. This was July 09. My daughter attended this school for 5 months and it was awful. She did not learn and she was in a class way to young for her. My daughter was 4 and 1/2 and was in a class with 3 to young 4's. While in Sparkles care she was hurt 3 times. She was hit in the face 2 times, both times drew blood and have left scars. She had her finger smashed in the hinge of a door and lost her finger nail.
