My husband & I submitted a IBR (Income-based repayment) application to ACS on July 20, 2009. ACS received the paperwork on 7/27/09. Yet they keep the similar format, with NO PHYSICAL MAILING ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER for the customers to contact or return the faulty products. There are way too many immigrants that cannot speak or understand english in these jobs. The order takers have very thick accents and cannot be understood over the speaker when driving through the drive-up. Very frustrating to have to repeat your order 3 times to them..only to find out that they messed up the order anyway when you get home. I tried to cancel before 14 days free trial and they make it almost impossible. It cannot be the consumers responsibility if the product is suppose to be 14 days free and they are charging your cking card visa card the same day and then the product arrives 2 days when the trial ends. I have no idea what this company is and I know that I did not authorize any payment to them. I just checked my bank statement and I have a pending payment of 22.95 to this company. I purchased a cancer policy from aflac in 1990. It was SUPPOSED to provide a one-time payment based on the age of the policy. Shortly thereafter, I had a non-cancerous tumor removed. It was never diagnosed as malignant so my aflac agent advised me no to file a claim. I followed his advice. In 2006, I was diagnosed with cancer.
