I moved in these apartments 4years ago, since then I have had nothing but problems. I am now asking myself why I have put up with it for so long. My apartment has flooded 8times in 4years, thats right 8. Have I ever gotten new carpet? I firgured I'd get a job at the friendly donut/ice cream store. But Lord, was I in for it. I worked for two weeks. Modern Destinations Unlimited or MDU” is the same company as "La Bonne Vie Travel, Dreamworks Vacation Club, Five Point Travel, and Bently Travel. My AT&T bill has been charged with a 10.66 per month charge from GeneralTexting LLC. The company keeps showing up even after cancelling them numerous times. AT&T removes the charges and cancels the subscriptions to no avail. I use my phone for calling people, I don't have fancy ringtones, nor do I want them, I don't need music on my phone and I certainly don't have time for games. Iqbal Hakim, his "executive" employees, and his student employees are fraud. He is potentially involved in money laundering between the US and Canada, tax fraud, malpractice, etc. I will testify in court against him. Recently tried to rent a movie from the Playstation network on my PS3. It would only download to just shy of 2GB and then stopped. I tried a laundry list of things on my PS3 and my home internet connection, everything else downloaded just fine with the exception of the movie. This was not an issue of speed as the first 2GB downloaded very quickly but then just stopped. Condo Trader is a SCAM! Condro Trader continues to call and harass me with rude reps. who yell and scream if you ask questions or try to turn them down. I called GMAC Mtg to let them know I was going to be late on my Sept. mtg. pmt. They asked if times were tough I may qualify for a loan modification. I said great I'll try it out, work has been slow. I have found today that I have had unauthorized charges in the amount of $174.78 posted to my business' credit card. Upon contacting them online, they refused to acknowledge any actual record for me. They said that I had to have signed up online and been charged a one-time fee for $1.95 on 7/29/09 and the very next day, I was charged $57.61. I do not have a complaint but I do work for a bank in the disputes/fraud department and the charges you receive are not considered to be fraudulent because you have authorized the merchant to debit the account. When shopping on line always look for the terms and conditions of the agreement BEFORE providing your credit/debit card information. Seed found in raisin bran cereal damaged tooth (molar) causing it to be pulled. Company now declines initial agreement of responsibility of defective product and now refuses to pay for damages. You trust that their product is safe enough to eat and only after you ask them to pay for damages they accepted responsibility for, they decline and withdraw their acknowledgement that their product was not safe.
