TV purchased from Wal-mart about 3 years ago. About a month ago, trying to turn the tv on required that we press the ON button and hold it for almost 2 minutes. Now when the green on light finally came on, NO PICTURE. It would indicate on the screen "no signal". If you try to turn it off, it wouldn't turn off. Had to unplug the TV from the wall. I have gritted my teeth trying to be polite and accept Water Stone's apologies for their inconvienence, but after enough mishaps, the routine gets old. Haverty Furniture in Ft. Myers is not to be believed. I had a credit balance of over $100 which was verified by one of the sales managers. When I tried to use it at a later date I was told I had none and the sales manager didnt know how to read the information off the computer. I told them I have a invoice with a credit balance on it. They gave me another story about how corporate does that but its not so in my case. Of course, I never received anything from corporate that I no longer had a credit. These people at least at the Ft.
