Medicade
Debbie Pipes September 15, 2009
My mom died this past year and I took care of her for three years prior, she had alzheimers and it was a hard job. My dad was in a nursing home prior to her becoming ill and we had to go check up on him constantly because we could not trust the nursing home. We thought by taking care of my mom that her home would not be taken away. Our daughter moved into her home after she moved in with us and has since married. Now since we filed for probate because the nursing home my mom was in for only two weeks before she died, medicade has come back and... read full review »

Christopher J Wilson September 15, 2009
you have corrupt employees working at the local store in wichita falls. It was obvious that the manager was told to take specific cigarettes off the shelf because i shopped there. Now, what kind of a freak takes entire brands of cigarettes off the shelf to dick around one person? The kind you don't want working at your stores. read full review »

GIT
callahanjs September 15, 2009
I paid $2000 for what was told and sold to me was a condo card in which I would get certain commissions back each month from the profit of GIT. I never saw one penny and was told I could get a refund. Immediately after they released a statement stating that a refund will be given, they rejected all phone calls and was never able to contact them again. read full review »

Gloskin risk free trail offer
fidelilty September 15, 2009
I ordered this face cream on a free trail offer. I paid shipping charges of $1.95. I did not read the terms of services, mistake. You basically sign your credit card away to these thieves . I was tricked into this membership by not reading the terms. They give you under 5 minutes to fill out the free trail application, all the while telling you that supplies are limited so hurry up and get your. I did this on a Sunday, while a little tried. When I opened my e-mail from them, I got suspicious. I went back and read the terms and I wa... read full review »

I was doing research on the product of Acai Berry Diet pills and while doing so came across this free trial sample offer that that not a free sample, they send you a full month supply and if you do not cancell the offer within 15 days from the time you ask for it to be sent to you, they charge your bank account $86.42 and each month the product keeps being sent to you and charging your bank each time the same amount. the company does not even give you time to see if it works before you are already being billed over and over for bottle... read full review »

Anna Thai September 15, 2009
Sharon Summerlin rented a condo from me in April of 2009. She paid rent for the first month of april and never paid me since. She finally moved out at the end of August. That is almost four months of unpaid rent. When she didn't paid me for the month of May, I confronted her and she continue to give me one excuse after another. She keep promising that she would paid it in two weeks or at the end of the month, but i never saw anything. I finally asked her to moved out at the end of august. Besides four months of unpaid rent, she also... read full review »

Belle Kitchen
EdmK86 September 15, 2009
Do not give your money to this company. They bounce checks to suppliers in hopes of getting a product for free after it ships so the supplier has no recourse. Belle Kitchen placed an order on behalf of their client for a kitchen hood, paid a deposit, and then paid the final balance to have the order fabricated to their specifications. When they thought the order was with the shipper and had left the shipping company's facility, they purposely reversed their payment and bounced a check. The shipment was fortunately stopped but they... read full review »

Black and Decker digital iron works well when it works. But never works for more than a year. I wonder if they have something programmed in to make it stop working after the 1 year warranty is up. Call me an idiot, but I actually bought two of them. The first one the cord went bad and they had me send it to them and they sent me a replacement, refurbished of course. Because it took so long for them to send the replacement, I (dummy me) went out and bought a new one. Figuring that they had fixed the problem and I would just have two iron... read full review »

After I purchased an online code offered at flashloaded.com and processed an irreversible payment to them via PayPal ($64, 100% of the amount due), they emailed saying that they cannot release the code until I submit to them a scanned copy of my passport. It was a highly unusual request, as I pay to many companies online, often much larger amounts, and nobody asks me for a scanned passport EVEN on credit card payments which, unline PayPal payments, can be reversed. Still, I complied. Then they asked me for my phone number, which I reluctantly... read full review »

Ussearch
HinR001 September 15, 2009
In LARGE print on their website, USSearch guarantees to provide the phone number associated with an address or, if not, there will be no charge. I know personally the people who have owned/lived at the address I submitted for 20 years, and the number USSearch provided was for someone else, not the people who actually live there. They then refused to refund my 14.95 Searching further on their website reveals, in TINY print, that the customer is charged if USSearch provides them with ANY information at all. They can tell you ANYTHING and charge you for it. Sounds like a rip-off to me. read full review »

Chase Heavy Haul
DaveF58 September 15, 2009
Chase heavy Haul INC., is nothing but a low life front for blackmail. Once they got the customer setup, they will use every trick possible to pay for your freight before pickup and after your merchandise is pickedup, they will tell you your payment did not get into their bank account, ask for your credit card to charge so yu will be charged twice if they can get away with it, and when everything fails, they will blackmail you with empounding your merchandise. This is exactly what hapend to me. So, my advice is not work with them, but if you get into their web, do not give-in, because this is their life line. Fight back. read full review »

There's this place that I would like to warn everyone about. Terry's Tiny Testicle Emporium. It's absolutely the worst. The owner, Terry, is a douche-bag, and has very small ***. I know this, because he tries to display how big they are, with each and every post on here, yet only comes across as a pathetic, stinky, dumb-a$$ douche-bag. Apparently, when you fill out a form for something totally unrelated, they also sign you up for something you don't want, didn't realize you were signing up for and don't want or need. Many people have written about this ongoing scam. I just want to comment on these idiots who try to blame the victims of these scams by saying they should "read the fine print" or that they are just stupid or lazy. Who do you think you are? You actually condone this kind of crime? People are not stupid or lazy, the criminals have just become more and more sophisticated...and people like you are no better. Five Star Resorts

In August 08 I received an annual statement from Five Star Resorts for $125.72 payable 9/1/09. Upon contacting the resort on 8/31 to pay this amount I was advised the dues were in fact $132.00 plus an annual assessment fee of $79.20. I was told by Shawna I had an old bill. It was received in August and dated 9/1/09. I disputed the amount as my recent statement does not reflect this information. The following day 9/1 I called back to pay the $125.72 and advised I would not pay more until I received a statement reflecting the fees. Shawna took... read full review »

I live here in Morro Bay just a few blocks from the Morro Bay Aquarium. I have payed and entered the aquarium before and was horrified by the tiny tanks the seals live in 24/7. They didn't even want the fish I bought for them. I don't wish to put the owners out of business, but I do wish there was a better place for the seals to go. I contacted Sea World to see if they would take them but I never got a reply. The tanks the seals live in are so tiny they barely have any room to move. Willowbrook Methodist Hospital
KanT55 September 15, 2009
In Willowbrook Methodist the volunteer agent is never there even if he said he was. He leaves before 4 and he isn't there early. He doesn't answer calls when he's away from the office while he arranges people to meet him on a time when he isn't here. He will always talk to you about non-important things. Normally, he complaints about everything and he messes with you even when you're like i want to leave. The company promised my 18-year-old that he could make a lot of money by donating his plasma at one of their many centers all around the U.S. Once we had faxed all of his medical information, including identifying info., to them, they told us he would have to fly from Michigan to Tennessee or L.A. in order to participate. What kind of tests do they need to run that they need to fly an unchaperoned high school senior three states away for an unspecified amount of time, at their cost? Why would they use these tactics to pull us in and get identifying info.? Be very careful of dealing with them! read full review »
