Aetna makes it incredibly hard to submit any claim, and seems to have an automatic rejection policy for FSA claims. We have filled out every form there is and make sure that we double dot and cross every letter. But still the claim comes back with some nit pick. Luckily we were able to find a group of people who have had the same experience, and are initiating a class action. They have also pushed us into online ordering for meds, in which they charge us more than our local grocery store. Company claims they buy phone access from Verizon and re-sell it at a lower rate to save consumers money. What they actually do is reduce per line access charge by a couple of dollars and then add undisclosed service charges to make the total bill higher than it would have been from Verizon. I have attempted to modify service plan multiple times and found that they wont honor verbal agreements. I had an unauthorized charge on my checking account. By the time I realized what happened my account was losing money by the minute. I notified the company that put the charge through and my bank. After facing foreclosure, I contacted the bank and applied for the President's Home Modification Program. They put the foreclosure on hold while they were working on the program. I called them frequently for updates and was always told they were still working on it and everything was still on hold, not to worry.
