Purchase NEW vehicle July 23, 2009. Paint chip on door and "shadow" on driver side rear quarter panel. Service says they cannot do anything about it that it has to go through sales. The salesman was needless to say rude, obnoxious and very unprofessional and I choose not to deal with him further. But over the past two months, they changed their billing to full minute increments from six second increments and my LD charges doubled.
