I ordered a Doctor Who DVD set on September 26. It is now October 14th and nothing has been received. There is no contact information on the web site except [email protected]. The above info was obtained by doing a whois search (whois.com). This site is listed on numerous complaint boards and sites. All have experienced similar treatment. Some have alleged pirated DVD's. Its been 2 weeks since there upgrade and I am still missing 450.00 in my account.They charged me almost $300.00 in overdraft fees, because my money was missing. I wondered why I was receiving this as I had an email from Norton that on Oct. 4th, my renewal would automatically renew from the credit card I used last year. I have been a customer of the Sprint company for years. I was one of the firsts customers to buy the card to have access to the internet in a laptop. At that time the deal was 40MG (yes MEGAS) for near to $60 a month. They currently offer 5 Gigas for less than that monthly fee. I was charged $70 extra because I over passed my limit of megas. But, when they go to collect the car, no car is available or the reservation has been inexplicably cancelled, but the money not returned. After 19 days if you don't cancel they charge the full amount of the product and then start shipping you the product without your authorization.
