At the Journey concert on Saturday I took my dad who is hanicappt and I bought Lawn seats so I could watch the concert with my friends. My dad usually gets front row handicappt seats which means he can see over everyone. They gave him back row handicapped seating and everyone in front of him stood the entire concert. Do not make any purchases with this site. They do not ship out the goods after purchasing them, and if you try and contact them, e-mails to not get responded to. Calls go straight to voicemail. After 3 weeks, and $150 later, my goods are nowhere to be found, and I have no contact with the shop. I must now submit a complaint to Visa. Hired Richie from Richies Plumbing and Heating to fix a leak in my bathroom plumbing. He misdiagnosed the problem and the leak was worse after he was out the door. Refused to give my money back. I booked a flight from SFO to Dublin, Ireland by way of Atlanta on Delta. I spoke with the reservations department myself as did the travel agent from Quinn Travel (San Francisco, CA). In June I cancelled my service with ADT. I sold my house and moved to another state. They told me I would have a credit balance and they would send a check to my forwarding address. I have called about four times now and have been told that the balance has been credited to the credit card that was on file.
