I ordered several DVD movies from the website on 9/24/09 with expectations of delivery with in 3 to 5 days. There has been no response to my order nor to my e-mails to this company to try to track my order. They gave me a customer ID# and a order confirmation # And even indicated that the shipping method was to be USPS Super Savers Shipping. Fell for the scam of ordering a kit (on-line) to learn how to do an on-line business with 'google'. I never received my "kit" and then I noticed a withdraw of $69.97 from my checking account. I called the company and they said, I had 5 days to receive and review my kit, then they would pull the funds. Best Price received a deposit for moving, cancelled the move and tried to keep the deposit. Because I had put it on my credit card and had confirmation from their claim department I was able to get my deposit refunded. However, the lied and sent a letter to credit card company to dispute my claim after they had promised the claims department that they would be refunding my money. After trying for over 2 weeks to contact these people to no avail, I made a complaint. I bought an ACER Netbook in April of this year. Couple of months into using it, it just stoppped working. As soon as I turned it on it turned itself off. Kinda like it was short circuiting. Sent it to the repair center in Texas. Got it back and from the first day it started giving me problems. After about a month and half it started doing the same thing as before. I have two charges on my debit card statement from this company. I called the phone number on my statement and I got Jettis International, which they told me they are and online payment service. They did show the charges and gave me the number to Gorhatch Systems, which was 1-800-461-9802. I called the number from two seperate cell phones that has two different services, and i got a recording stating "sorry your call can not be completed from your calling area". I had National consumer resource center as my debt management company and was doing monthly payments for $217. They always send the payment to my creditor late and they were charging me late fees. I dont know which was the deal between my creditors and NCRC, but I guess the never got into a deal to stop my late fees and decrease the rate in my credit cards. While on facebook clicked on the online money making packet displayed by Google. Was supposed to be $1.00 to recieve the packet. Sent for packet and now being charged $29.95 from VBLalterfunds. Have no idea what this is and never gave permission to debit my account. Never received any info from this company or the packet. These people are calling my home even on Sunday evenings at 8:49 pm saying they are trying to collect a debt for a credit card from 1999 but after telling them I didn't have this card they said fees accumulated over the years and I need to pay them and they are going to call me every night until I do. Company uses commercial vehichles at times that have signs like "wide load" or "overly wide load" and have no equiptment following them as workers use those signs. On Friday, September 26, 2008, I discovered that my toilet was leaking. After examining it closely, I decided that the leak was coming from the area of the inlet pipe. I figured that the rubber gasket (washer) on the inside of the tank needed replacement and went to Home Depot to get another one. I have sent my cloths to this dry cleaner for the last 6 months. On numerous occasions they broke and destroyed my cloths. They also have lost my cloths several times without reimbursement. When asked to get reimbursed for the cloths that they lost, they want me to provide the purchase receipt of my cloths that I bought 6 months ago. Nobody keeps all the receipt!!! While I was out of town my car was towed from the private garage of my apartment complex. This private garage is always at least more than HALF empty.
