I recieved a notice from the HOA asking me to remove debris from my driveway. The inspection was dated 9/28 which was a Monday. I had trimmed bushes that weekend. I was informed recently that if we worked any overtime we needed to fill out an exception log to be paid this overtime. I have been working there since Feb. 2009 and just found this out. The "Citi" Debit card issued by the Kansas Unemployment Insurance agency to distribute unemployment funds will allow unauthorized withdrawls/charges without requiring a signiture, or security code. They allowed my money to be illegally taken from me when I never used the card anywhere but at my own bank to transfer the funds over. This chair is sold through many of the office supply stores. I purchased this one at Office Depot in February 2009. The chair arm broke. This arm is plastic and is screwed into the base and the back.
