In my opinion, it is a huge scam. They conned my mother into a policy which they said would pay her bills and collect insurances once she passed. This cost about $1500 plus about $70/year which is absolutely ridiculous. Today, Oct 3, 2009, we ordered 2 Alaskan Flounder Meals and 1 Variety Platter. Each flounder meal had 1 piece of flounder, fries, slaw and 2 hushpuppies. We have ordered these meals many times and they always come with 2 pieces of fish and corn instead of fries. I called the resturant and they said the menu had been changed. I called another location in our area and they said the same meals contained 2 pieces of fish, and corn. We were disappointed that they chose not to admit their mistake. Saturday like so many other days they have about 5-6 people making the food and they mess up the sandwiches every time all day long. Also had one cashier going with three managers there. Taking five minutes for each person is to long to punch a registar. Suckered into buying a time share in the late 80's in Cancun. Have paid maintanenece fees regularly till last year with out using the place even once though I exchanged it through RCI a few times with additional expenses since I could not get the weeks I wanted. Now I need to pay up front for meals at Cancun and they continue to raise fees with out any recourse. I have refused to pay for the 2008 dues and they have assigned CONCORD collection agency to collect. I have read many complaints regarding this Club.
