I just received my second notification in two months from BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield) Texas that they are raising my premium rates again. I'm in perfect health - Thank God. I've been a customer of Super Shuttle since Sept after using them when my mother visited where I began to first experience their seeming lack of professionalism. My husband and I own two half acre lots joining, we are trying to get a standard septic system put on the property so we can eventually move on it. I have completed online surveys with this company for many years. They do offer lots of paid surveys, and they do pay quickly. The problem is, there have been many occasions when I complete the survey, reach the end, "Thank you" page, and then am redirected back to the Opinion Outpost site to receive credit, only to be told the survey has been closed. This happened early this morning (about 12:20 am), with a $7.50 survey. I cashed my SSI check at the Check Center every month and had the money put in money orders so I could save for a place to live while I was staying at a shelter. The package never reached the place, neither did LINDT take any action to correct the unfortunate occurrence even after calling. They sounded helpless! There have been other times when UPS orders reached the same address with out issues. This limousine company was disastrous. First, I initially ordered a higher-end limousine which they gave to another client and did not adjust the price when they gave me a lower class limo. Second, the driver showed up 45 minutes to pick me up and when I contacted the company on my way to the hotel, they informed the driver not to take me to my destination unless I paid in cash. Their supposed "lifetime" warranty is garbage!! I got liners installed in 2001. One of them has been pulling away from the tub and looks horrible.
