I contacted Assurant Solutions when my warranties PS3 wouldn't operate. As instructed, I returned it to the company and they promised a check for $499.99, which was the original purchase price. 2 months, 20 phone calls, and hours on hold later, I still do not have my check. The staff is polite but not knowledgeable, and the managers are not responsive. One manager, Humphrey, instructed an associate to tell me he was on break to avoid taking my call... I reveived a costume for my daughter and would like to return it for another size, but am unable to because I have to reveive a number before I can return it and I cannot get the computer to read my order number. Everything with this company is over the computer and they lock out the numbers until after the 48 hour return period. I paid $5.95 for a free trial of Acai Pro Detox on 9/14/09. I called on 9/25 to cancel and got an answering machine. I left my info and then sent an email via a link in their website. I paid for two years for the PSE&G "Worry Free" contract. Today (10/02/09) is the first time my furnace has some problem and I called them to fix it. I was told the earliest service date will be 10/26/09. I have a two-month old baby in the house. My Kenmore electric range caught fire while broiling a steak. The broiler element became white hot and continued to burn after power was shut off. Fire Department called. Mick is the owner of the bar and chooses who to barr and who not to barr and shows favoritism. He cusses out his patrons and overserves alcohol to his patrons. I'm not the only one who has been a victim of Mick's attitude (Mick Larkin to be exact). He has ran off several people from the bar. I hope to God it closes down. If you are looking to rent/lease at VENU at Grayhawk, stay away. They are poorly managed. They take away amenities without notifying you. This includes the SECURITY which was a selling point on the property. Ok, take away the free popcorn and coffee but not security. That's our personal safety!
