Torn Shirt October 3, 2009
Got back two shirts from dry-cleaning, both with slashes in the left hand sleeve. It was in the same spot of both shirts. When I went to the company to complain they said it was not their issue. They said that it happened sometimes and was not their responsibility. When I asked if they were a member of the BBB, they said it was none of my business. Given their attitude and their of respect for the garments they are supposed to be cleaning, I hope other people will think twice before taking their clothing there... especially if you want them back in better condition. read full review »

This is nothing but a Big Scam! I order this product because it was advertised as a Sample! After I get the so call sample, there was a invoice showing that each month I will be automatically billed $89.95. All I wanted was the $3.97 Free Sample! I will not send the product back because I will be billed a "Stocking Fee"! I order the sample and the sample is what I was to receive. The Attorney General will be very interested in Companies such as this one, on how they are Scaming people. Saying one thing and doing something else... read full review »

A few days later, I received an email from a Wesley Jenkins stating the following: 'I am terribly sorry to be the bearer of bad news. However, the parent company of Rugs To My Door when you placed your order has subsequently gone out of business. I bought a 42 inch plasma tv from Target and got the extended warranty. After 2 years of perfect operation the backlight started to come on at night. I called the warranty company and they sent out a repairman from Premier Electronics in Galion Ohio. His first comment when he saw my tv was "WOW thats a real nice tv", after just a few minutes of conversation the repair tech said he can get these tv's real cheap from "the shop", after only a few minutes more he said that because of my type of warranty it could only be... read full review »

I had two accounts for my new 'C' Corporation (Checking/Saving for both accounts). Could not secure the funding to start it, so I started an NPO Corporation. Have my full Seal/Entity: The IRS has my 501 (c) (3) and they are expediting it. Sent the full package to them in August. The local Bank of America manager told me I had to start another account for my NPO. But I've heard problems about this bank, so I went to another town bank of America and the manager setup a new NPO account for me. Three days later, the Bank of... read full review »

Brite Smile Brite Skin/Pure Med Spa
LindaS October 2, 2009
This company is unethical and probably illegal. I understand no refund policies, but when salespeople recommend inappropriate products, and an MD isn't the one who sees you, and then you have adverse side effects ethical companies would stop treatment and refund (yes, I know that's a run on sentence). Do not use this company. They will not refund for services not rendered...even if they caused or are aware of defective equipment, services or damage caused by their services. I am permanently scarred and have been shocked by their machines. They are terrible people and they work for a horrible company. read full review »

My fiance' and I purchased a entire bedroom set and king mattress in April 2008...after 3 months noticed all the threading was coming out of the mattress. Called Raymour and they sent someone out to take a look at the mattress and the technician stated this is definitely a defect(not the consumers fault). The mattress was replaced in August 2008. This second mattress is now just a year old and the top of the mattress is sagging by the head of the bed. Another technician came out, used a plumber string w/ metal cones attached both ends and... read full review »

When I signed up with Concorde Career Institute in 2006 I was told that my career choice would be a perfect opportunity to enhance my life. I was excited about becoming a Professional Medical Biller and Coder. I passed all my classes got great grades and passed my state exam. which cost me over $350 dollars out of pocket. I purchased a product of theirs called Opanda IExifPro on Sept. 22 2009 and, as of Oct. 02 2009 I still have not received an activation code for the software. Very upsetting, I paid them $99.99 USD in good faith and have nothing to show for it. I have contacted them numerous times through email, but no luck. They do not provide a phone number. DO NOT ORDER THE FREE SAMPLE BOTTLE WITH THE "COME ON" OF JUST PAYING FOR THE SHIPPING FEE. This company is disreputable. I ordered the free sample and paid the $4.95 shipping charge. Even before I received the free sample, I noticed my credit card had been charged the $4.95 shipping charge plus another $83.95 for one bottle I didn't order. Bad Nurse October 2, 2009
This organization has got to be the biggest rip-off going for students who have a real interest in educating themselves. The staff is mostly foreign and make it very difficult to understand important medical teminology. I told a friend that I was planning to attend this "school" and the reply was concern that I'll never find a job because of lack of their credibility. PLEASE, consider alternative resources for nursing education, especially if your considering working in the health care industry.<br /> PCCTI stands for "Please Carefully Consider Tution Investments". Wilbur Landscaping
Unhappy Consumer October 2, 2009
We hired this company to do some landscaping and outdoor construction . They rebuilt the front porch and the back porch. The front porch was done decently, except for one step which warped. The back porch steps were constructed from a kit (which we didn't know at first) and were put in incorrectly. We complained to the company owner, which had done the bulk of the work, about the extremely steep pitch of the steps and were told that they were fine. They were not fine. We have a young son that could fall down those steps and be injured... read full review »

I would not know now, if it weren't for collections calling. (which the salesman said would NOT occur). Anyhooo, I canceled way over a month ago. Havent received my refund, which they only agreed to partial. I'm going thru the BBB now, for which GHS has an "F" rating, by the way. Consumers and fellow debtors, beware! read full review »
