We hired Jena as our wedding photographer. We were happy with her up until the day after the wedding when she became IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of for 3 months. She finally posted our pictures online, but it has been 14 months since our wedding and we are still waiting for our album. I have never worked with a small business owner (who I assume is trying to build a business on referrals) who is so unprofessional. She has created so many headaches for us in the last year. We just want our wedding pictures and to be done dealing with her. For your own sanity, I would stay away from this one. read full review »

I did receive my glasses in a fast time. The script seemed correct. However there is a half moon blemish dead center on one of the lens that makes them like looking through dirt all the time. If lucky getting them polished will fix(money I shouldn't have to spend. Tried to contact 3 times by email and ignored. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering instead of looking at THEIR reviews which I'm sure are fake. Oh, and the included frames. Never seen a cheaper, thin metal pair in my life. At first the service was good until we start to experience problems to access our site to update info. We are losing big bucks and a lot of face with our client because sitewith.us do not provide the service we paid for in advance. I purchased a car through Fox Valley Volkswagen in West Chicago, IL on July 20th, 2009 through "Tommy". We agreed to financing terms, signed the contract and they said I was good to go and let me take the car. They cashed my $8000 downpayment check. On August 14th, 2009, "Ed" called and said they needed to see my W-2s and 1099s and that is had to be that day. I visited Knott's Scary Farm on 10/10/2008, waited in line for 2-2 1/2 hours while myself, and my party, including 13 yr old children, were repeated pushed, elbowed, kneed, assaulted, and witness to several people fainting in the lines. Nowhere was there visible a Knott's staff members, any semblence of an actual line or a Buena Park Police Officer for that matter. A week later they sent me an e-mail saying they could no longer get the items from the manufacturer and a credit will be added back to me. I purchased a new KIA Sedona in August 2007 with Michelin tires. I drive approximately 775 miles per month mainly to hospitals and doctor's offices in the local area. Never once has this vehicle ever been out of town. I have religiously had my Sedona serviced at each designated interval and have had the tires rotated and checked. The KIA comes with tire pressure indicators which have only come on twice for low pressure. I always added air when necessary. Now I find, that with 18, 745 miles, I need new tires. I have to jump on the band wagon and admit I was also scammed out of $1, 287 after Creative Vacation Solutions contacted me stating they had a buyer for my time share in March of this year. They had somehow received my information from another company where I also paid $900 (which is another complaint) to market and sell my timeshare. I payed this company 1800.00 for a home laon modification. They cashed my check in july. I have since been awaiting services from them. They keep giving me the run around and saying people are out of the office and someone will call me back. No one ever returns my calls. Peachtree Windows/Doors
I purchase Peachtree windows and doors in 1993. The factory glazing has failed letting water in. By the time you notice this (there is no apparent signs of water between window, etc.), the wood is rotting. Although Peachtree changed the warranty language AFTER I purchased my windows to exclude wood rot, they refuse to do anything about my 7 windows which have failed because of bad workmanship (which appears to be common in this company). Be Warned - do not use this company to build any childs playhouse. We ordered our bespoke playhouse for our children after waiting 9 week for delivery (even though was advised 3 weeks) it was dreadful - large screws protrouding from wood, sharp edges where children could splinter their hands, the upstairs had no rail across the top so children could easily fall plus the loft area was not even secure. On 10 Oct 2008, I ordered a "Studio 1535" laptop from Dell.
Having found it locally two days later for a cheaper price, I called to cancel the order [since Dell stated that it could take up to 30 days [!] for delivery.
Point: Dell's return policy requires that customers return items within 3 weeks [down from 4 weeks as previously required]
BUT the 3 week clock BEGINS AT THE MOMENT DELL RECEIVES THE ORDER, NOT FROM WHEN THE CUSTOMER SIGNS FOR IT AT THEIR DOOR. Therefore, it could easily take longer to deliver the item... read full review »

I had called to make a complaint regarding the hotel Playa Blanca in Farallon, Panama. The lady was rude and not interested in hearing what the problem was at the hotel. Then he delivers a few pieces of coping that didn't fit our pool and asks for next installment of payment. We say bring the rest of the material or at least let us drive to your address and see it. I have been a local customer of Winn Dixi in Destin for 5 years now with no complaints until the recent renovation of signs and long no break isles for more product. Finding items now is extremely difficult for customers and employees alike because of the design. Because the product signs are resessed in the isles by at least ten feet, no one can see where the products are unless one walks the width of the store.

I purchased a 23” Panasonic LCD TV in 2006. After 3 years it just suddenly died. I took this TV to the one of the Panasonic authorized repair facilities. I had to pay for the diagnostics. The verdict was: faulty LCD panel. Cost of repairs would be much higher than just buying a new one. I recently sent in a claim for eye glasses for my wife my benifits cover $250.00, my wife has an insurance policy from her work as well so I we sent in the claim to her insurance first and we received the cheque, so I made copies of the information from her insurance company and sent in the claim to Sun Life and they denied my claim saying that I need to send this to my wifes plan first which I did and sent all the pertanent information to them. I purchased this "personal antivirus software" that claims immediately that you have viruses on your PC. I have been unable to locate their icon on my computer so i tried to contact their "24 hr service" which is only a machine asking you to leave a message with your phone number. It is amazing. One truth that used to exist with banking systems was that you could always deposit money into accounts. If you are unfortunate enough to be a WaMu customer and in the state of IL, you apparently cannot deposit checks without significant effort and time. ATMs do not accept deposits. Bank by mail no longer is allowed. Dropping deposits into night depositories are not allowed. The print out from the website when I originally ordered the free trial gave me no account number to access my account online.
