Received the wrong item. Their website was wrong. I was unable to get a response regarding the problem. I had to dispute charging with Credit Card to get response. They did update their website after I pointed out the issue but then stated it was my responsibility to send item back before they would ship out the correct item. I would like to file a complaint regarding the increase in the Annual Percentage Rate for my project line account financed with GE Money. I was offered an interest rate of 13% for remodelling of my kitchen through Sears, when I signed the agreement for financing.
