I brought my 2008 car into the service department for an emissions related smog test failure. Since my fairly new I told the service writer that it should be under warrenty. He agreed. Later that day I received a call expecting to have the problem repaired for free. Instead I was told that there was nothing wrong and I owed $97 for a diagnostic fee. I was not told that this fee had to be paid on a car under warrenty. The general manager and service department have not been helpful in listening to my complaint and can care less about me as a customer. PC Mighty Max, Inc. of Valrico, FL (details below) placed two pop-up windows on my computer. They wanted to sell me a computer service. I chose not to purchase their service. I purchased a vehicle from them July 11, 2008; 28 days later the engine blew, leaving me stranded on the side of the highway. I had to have vehicle towed, Wing Auto later towed it to their location where it still sits. I have a GE wash machine that I have had problems with since 2005 when I purchased it. Clothes do not come clean, I am not overloading, and the clothes still have dry spots on them when I take them out. This has been going on and I have had the GE repair come out and it's the same answer ever time, that people just do not know how to use them. Or just use warm water or put the soap right in the bin.
