Sanger Ford in Fresno hired us a year ago to fly an advertising Banner over their area of business. They have never paid us the fees for advertising for them. The worst part is we have tried to work with them and have offered arrangements with them to clear up this matter. They constantly LIE telling us the check is in the mail or the payment has been approved and they need to get it signed. The check never comes. I purchased an LG refrigerator on Feb' 08 and started having repairs on it on 6/26/09. The freezer stopped working. I had a repair man come out and add gas and replace the filter. Then on 8/29/09 the freezer stopped working again. This time its the circuit board that needs to be replaced. I do not have an extended warranty. So this will cost me parts and labor over $300. I went online to apply for a loan for someone who has bad credit they aprroved me asked me to come to Manassas to sign paperwork. I got there, after 11/2 hour drive in traffic. I signed up for PC Magazine download utilities a few years ago. I haven't downloaded a utility in 2-3 years but they have my credit card number and automatically bill $19.97 annually. Is this company for real? You send them $69.00 to start then they send you post cards to put a pin number and labels on each. Then you send them back with another $54.00 for 100 or $105.00 for 500. They are supposed to send a check to me within a week for $100.00 for the first round. Each time you send them back you have to pay the same again. Received my wedding invitations in mail, they are not right. My wedding is October 10, 2009. They need to be mailed out 2 weeks ahead of time. My daughter has a Dell Latitude laptop under warranty for on site repair through July 2011. I fell sucker to the same scam a lot of people have by ordering the so called free tooth whitening trials. "Only costs you shipping and handling" was the gimmick. The website offered a program that you could easily use to make money doing online work at home. After I paid the shipping and handling price, the ad changed to downloading ads. I was called a few days later and was "offered" a special price for my own website, which I would have to have in order to place these ads. The whole thing stinks of fraud. My dealings with Mr. Hanna was a living nightmare. I would get calls day and night then they would threaten with lawsuits if I didn't do a payment plan. They wouldn't accept anything less than $150.00 a month and would call my work then tell whoever answered the phone why they were calling. Recently I purchased a white 32gb 3GS Iphone at this store and it was defective. They told me to call up Applecare to resolve the issue. I did and all Applecare could do is give me a refurbished phone. I do not think it's fair to purchase a new phone and use it for four hours and then end up receiving a refurbished phone. We signed up with AmerAssist to help with our debt. Many promises were made, but we had to force them to make payments for us. Plus their "fees" for "negotiating" payment plans were WAY OUT OF LINE. They kept making excuses about their computer software, which was new, made these errors and they would correct them. We never once received a correct statement.
