I was completely SCAMMED by York Street Properties. I am a real estate investor who purchased 6 homes from them that were sold to me as being completely rehabbed. They showed pictures of examples of the kinds of rehabs they do and listed out all the details. On or around July 26 this was a purchased made for a grant starter kit. On or around that same day when notified of the pricing, the order was cancelled and I was told to email this address. I have done this on a numerous of occasions and was then informed through email that my money would be refunded since thd cancellation was done in the ample amount of time. I have had several reloadable Netspend cards, since I cashed a check at a local check cashing center and they suggested I could load funds on one to pay my bills online. For my daughter's High School Graduation, I purchased an HP HDX18T Notebook PC for college. It was purchased in early May 09. I purchased a Chillow and within three months it began smelling like mildew. I was told by the company to wash it with vinegar and water and then with dish detergent. Also, to fill it with a combination of clorox and water. It continues to smell. They will not replace the product even after telling me that they receive a lot of complaints regarding this issue. Fishman productions is running a scam. They run many compnaies that are "wholly owned subsidiaries" of Fishman Productions, which seems to be owned by Jeff Fishman. I received their product set it up and could not receive a signal. Skyway USA told me I could receive a signal at my address. I hired their installer and he could not get a signal. The company told me to return the merchandise for a refund. I had to pay Fedex and insure the stuff. Three weeks later they charged me another $95.55 for a cancelation fee. My son is being held at Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. Officer Small assaulted my son on 8/25/2009 and I was never contacted by any one at the facility. My son phoned me on 8/26/2009 at 8:30pm stating that the officer put him in a chokehold and he awoke in his cell on the floor in a puddle of blood with a hold in his chin. My son did not receive medical attention until 8/26/2009, but he was never transported to a hospital.
