I purchased my first pair of Taryn Rose shoes only to find that the footpad region on both shoes and entire heel pad on the right was peeling off to reveal the inside of the shoe (shoes were not worn--came like this right out of the box). This company has serious issues with their server or something. They do a great email campaign telling customers about these great sales coming up. We spend the time to be there when the door opens, then cannot get in. After trying for 20 minutes or more (wasted time & FRUSTRATION!!!) sometimes you can. I recently acquired a business and began cleaning up the books. I noticed that Global Pay has been double billing the account on behalf of Ameribanc for over a year. There is a third charge from Merchant Service billing for the same service. The charges are 41.10, 35.00, and 32.95 every month. I cancelled prior to renewal of a homeowners insurance policy I had with USAA. They promised to cancel it and refund the monies to me within 10 days. It has been over 3 weeks, multiple phone calls and still no refund. Now I find out they never cancelled it and now I will have to take them to small claims court to get my refund. (Dentech, Dazzle White and Axis Wellness) You are offered a trial for "only $4.95" for a teeth whitening product and before you know it there are several charges posted to your bank account. I was approached by this man at an expo in Minneapolis about doing a 'trade' for a service I was offering. He was offering free two nights and three days at resorts and hotels around the country. When I called him later to schedule the hotel visits, he informed me that there was a $25 'application fee'.
