Since 18 May 09 when for no reason my phone was deactivated I have had nothing but problems with this company. The phone was for business and was listed in advertising. When they finally reactivated the phone they had changed the number. "We're sorry for any inconvenience". Then I discovered the phone wasnt recieving calls. Again they changed the phone number on me. Watch out and watch your mail. Ordered Aqua Globe s and a few weeks later got what looked like a refund check for $8.25. Not that out of the ordnary in days of rebates but this was a scam. In the fine print on the check it said that if I cashed the check I would be allowing them to debit my credit card for $149.99 for something called "Great Fun" a discount service that I would never use. I called suddenlink 4 weeks back, and they said they would have to add our house to their records, and that would take a week. It took 3 weeks for that to happen, and when the installation was scheduled, they found that there was no suddenlink cable box near our house to give connection to. Love my bed, but not being able to sleep on it for three weeks was not right. I called to order a replacement air cushion and was told that it would take 7-10 days for delivery. I purchased 2 digital tvs with the built in tuner and I purchased a 45.00 RCA with an amp to make sure I was ready for the forced transition to digital. It's not my tv it's the signal! I bought several items from NY & Co, and tried to return an item, and they had changed their policy to a 60 day policy - there was no sign in the store or any warning of this change, that I am aware of. It had been probably a few days over 60 days, but other retail stores typically give you 90 days to return items. They also had a little bit of an attitude about it. This medical practice is extremely unhelpful. The problem lies with the front office manager. I am moving to the UK next week and several weeks ago changed the address on my credit card to the UK, so as not to forget before I leave. Last year (2008)I used WMI Commercial for "dumpster" drop off and collection. The standard WMI Commercial policy is "Payment in advance of services".
