I bought a truck from Gonzales Auto Sales on 1922 E Van Buren 6 months ago and the vehicle is still a piece of junk. When we bought the Jeep from them I told them of a few things I needed fixed. some of them were brakes, the a/c leak and check engine light. I have been charged by MVQ Shopping Essentials monthly without noticing it. Apparently the charges went back from Jan 2007. I bought a 1995 Chevrolet Caprice in December of 2006 with 74000 miles on it. The contract said that it cost 9995 plus interest as it was a buy here pay here. This company is a complete rip off, First they charge the highest fees around, then they provide used and refurbished equipment, that routinely breaks down. In the last 2 years, I have had 5 broken boxes. Then they schedule an appointment for a 4 hour period and never show or call. One of my cats vomited after eating (not uncommon for cats) Fancy Feast Gourmet Gold dry cat food, and now my light carpet has a permanent pink stain. Yes, my cats like the taste, but color is definitely meaningless to them. The food dye (check the ingredients list) is added for us humans--not our cats. Unethical contract and billing practice. You find out at the end of the contract term that iIn the very fine print they say you will be billed for "virtual office" services for 3 months for forwarding mail. I Purchased a Cal Flame grill, made by Calspas, along with components from Carribean Pools and Spas. The purchase was made solely as the result of Cal Flame's "Lifetime Component Warranty". They just brush you aside and tell you things that they think will satisfy you until your next visit. Fat cow hosting has never disclose what the charge for each products they have, till you have sign up and log in to the control panel, the most frustrating thing is requesting refund. They will deducted 50-60% of your sign up fee and tell you certain products was not refundable, and they are not listed in the terms and condition.
