I had a trip from Istanbul to Miami, in between I had a connecting flight in Rome on August 25, 09. Both of my luggages were not there when I arrived to Miami, I filed a claim w/ the airlines, next day one of the luggages were found however I am still missing the real one where I had all my suits, shoes, many important personal stuff. I received the "Free Gift" from glow (trial sizes) and after reading fine print decided not to open any of the products and returned them to glow. I too signed up for the free trial of Dazzel White Pro. When I found out that they were going to charge me $58. I immediatly called them to cancel the product that I haven't even received yet. When I did receive it I sent it straight back to them and they refunded me the money. It took about 2-1/2weeks for them to refund the money back to me. Let me start of by saying that if you want to attend this school and learn more about the programs offered don't bother to ask questions because the departments within the school will refuse to return you calls or even respond to you if you go there in person to speak with them. Packet 8 provided the freedom annual plan for $199 and did automatically renew the subscription a year later with an increase in price to $240 - upon calling up packet 8, this renewal meant we cannot cancel the plan or get any refunds, the call quality has been very bad, I work from home a lot of days and it is almost unusable to make work calls, I have to switch over the using my mobile, wasting my minutes. I work with Corptek Solutions and we were asked to do work for Marlene (President and CEO) of DBR Marketing. We completed a data cutover and a couple of other things. I sent an invoice over for payment for services rendered which was ignored and never paid. To this day, they have not paid their bills and have moved and changed their number.
