This was a mystery charge on my Verizon phone bill under "Enhances Services", said "Billing on behalf of Network Assurance". FAX MONTHLY SVC FEE 14.95. I called the number I was given for ESBI and she refunded me for 3 months (pretty much with no questions asked) but I have to send a request in writing to get the rest refunded and send an e-meil to support @foneright.com. I sent a high end dressage saddle to Pelham Saddlery on consignment. It was in brand new condition (never even girthed up) and worked with Pelham to set the selling price. Sales rep lied I went to the store to possibly buy some new furniture for my condo and found a couch and chair for the living room. My daughter had a cat and I was concerned about it using the furniture as a scratching post. The sales rep assured me if I purchased the "warranty" that the company would fix any pet damage. The Intex 530 pump stopped working after the second season. Seems that the impeller malfunctioned, a very common complaint I understand. The impeller appears to be a replaceable part and has easy access. The impeller, however, is not available. I read and reread on my daughter's facebook how some of her friends had made money using Google's Biz Kit. The offer stated for $1.97 you would get a kit, including a CD on how to set up at home work for listings on Google with full tech support. I filled this out and am assuming I was charged the $1.97.
