After signing up for the program and receiving my membership packet, I decided the program was not going to be beneficial to me. The packet states that if I return the membership materials and a letter stating that I want a refund within the 30 day trial period, my initial month fee of 129.99 would be refunded to me. Franklin American provided a GFE (good faith estimate) for my loan. The actual amount, provided at closing, was thousands more. I was given no notice, and was told only that everything is fine along the way. When I asked why, they said "these things happen, it is only an estimate" and was bullied, basically being told "pay or we don't close." July 16, 2009, I ordered 2 different products and my card was charged $39.95. I spoke at great length with customer service before ordering and was assured that everything was legit. Originally I made an inquiry and paid $2.99 from a phone call form federal grant usa. Since then, my checking account has had 3 addtional charges, one from them which I immediately cancelled. The others were from networkagenda which I was able to cancel and now from easysearch4 cash. I am filing this complaint on behalf of my parents ages 83 and 91 years old. Subscribe to KyLin TV for a year contract. Feels like to watch no-man operated IPTV service, the TV screen always shows black sever busy signal for scheduled TV programs and lots of misplacement under TV program titles. Outrageously when we tried to cancel our services, we bombarded with sales call from KyLin TV. There was $15 rebate when we signed up one year contract, of course this never shows up!!! I have no idea who these people are. A $7.95 deduction. There is no # to call just a deduction date. How can I find out who these people are and how can they be stoped? I do how ever have someone who I used my card to pay $1.98 for a CD that would tell me how to apply for Federal Grant. on 7-25 I went with my cousin to buy a new car. We went to this dealership, test drove a civic and a accord. The sales guy did not let us test drive the cars until he drove them for about 15 minutes then he gave my cousin the keys. Ladders.com is a job site where an applicant pays to see postions advertised on the web. Inorder for you to apply for any positions you have to join by paying a subscription. They give you an option of 3 months +. I chose 3 months inorder to find a job and paid $75.00. Once a found a job I notified them via their website that I wanted to cancel my memership and remove my resume. I answered an add in the local paper for postal positions and was told form one of the represesntstives that I spoke with that I should send in money for a book that contained training materials and job lists for the post office. I did all of this studied and then tried to call to schedule a date and time for the test and the number provided is not in service. How do I get my money back. Bingo has buyers call to confirm order and then attempts to sell accessories such as the camera battery for 4X the going price. ALKCO sent me a new replacement lighting fixture (Slique T2 SQ213) to replace one that no longer functioned (balast was defective). On installation of the new fixture, my electrician received a severe shock, as the whole casing of the fixture was activated. Not only didn't the fixture work, but there was a dangerous defect that could have resulted in serious injury or death. I called for service on one of my applicance. I was told my information wasn ot in their system so I had to fax my receipts for proof of purchase. I did so. Then I was told it could take 3-5 business days to process the information someone will then get back to me to schedule a service call. when I purchased the warrantee I was told its worth it they have the best service. The correct amount was then paid by credit card into their account. I painted a dump rental property of Daniel's in a weekend, really trying to help the guy out so the place could be rented out ASAP. The materials totaled $216 out of pocket. The short story is as the following: after a smooth drive of about 30-minute (about 20 miles) from a Pepboys store to my home, all four wheel covers on my Honda were missing.
