I bought a phone at Sam's on 5/30/09 the sales agent stated I could bring the phone back in 30 days for a full refund. I decided to take the phone back and get another phone with more options. Sam's stated that Kiosks has moved from the store and the phones were now being sold by Sam's and they would not let me return the phone. They sent me to radio shack who would not return the phone either. After getting a cleaning and having x-rays taken the dentist told me I needed 3 cavities filled and told me my wisdom teeth must be taken out. My husband had an appointment the same week and the same dentist told him he had 2 cavities. Both of us have had cavities before and knew what they felt like, but neither of us were feeling any pain at all. We did not make appointments to have any of the work done. I purchased 4 new Maytag applainces through Whirlpool, because of a kitchen remodel, on May 12, 2009. They were installed the second week in June. The vented microwave, installed above the stove, did not heat up to cook. The repairman states that the circuit board needs to be replaced, and will take 10 days -2 wks to arrive. In addition, the plate on the microwave, states that it was manufactured in 2006. My intent was to purchase a new product; not one that is already 3 yrs old. My TV went out where there was only sound and no picture on a weekend when I counldn't contact anyone. Beware of XM Brands! This company offers a weight loss program promoted through spam emails. It begins with a "free trial" sample which turns into an automatic monthly charge of $139.00 The trouble is, they don't send out the free trial until there is no time left to cancel enrollment in the program.
