I never signed a lease with your company. I returned their credit card processing machine when I changed banking accounts. I signed an agreement with Merchant Lynx to process our credit cards. I signed a contract with them with no lease attached. Nowhere does it mention a lease from First Date or anyone. I was not given truthful information by Merchant Lynx. We hired Mr Walker to represent us in a child custody case. We stressed the fact that court papers would need to be filed quickly as the defendants were moving out of state with the children. I placed an order on 22 Jun, 11:03 PST, I paid for 3 day delivery. The item sat in the wearhouse for 35 hours before being shipped, it is scheduled to be deliverd on Friday, the 4th day. I contacted Costumes for less and they responded with an e-mail that they were within their shipping policy. I read their policy, id does not state that they have 24 hours to ship. Per their web site "The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it..." I recieved a call a couple of weeks ago from an eric johnson stating that he was with the national affidavit processing center and that I owed money on a back cash advanced loan and that if i didn't pay right away it would be sent to my local athorities and i could be prosecuted. I signed up with Sprint when I moved to a new residence about five years ago, was told I could also have a cell phone at no upfront cost and would receive only regular monthly bills starting on a certain (reasonable) date. A little over a year and a half ago I bought an HP Laptop (DV9000) it turns out there was an issue with the companies Motherboards (Actually many HP motherboards have this issue, which makes them fall apart easily.
