Sales rep lied I went to the store to possibly buy some new furniture for my condo and found a couch and chair for the living room. My daughter had a cat and I was concerned about it using the furniture as a scratching post. The sales rep assured me if I purchased the "warranty" that the company would fix any pet damage. This is not true. Also the "90 day comfort sleep" has a 100.00 dollar restocking fee that she failed to tell me about too. I will not ever purchase anything from this company ever again. The Intex 530 pump stopped working after the second season. Seems that the impeller malfunctioned, a very common complaint I understand. The impeller appears to be a replaceable part and has easy access. The impeller, however, is not available. I read and reread on my daughter's facebook how some of her friends had made money using Google's Biz Kit. The offer stated for $1.97 you would get a kit, including a CD on how to set up at home work for listings on Google with full tech support. I filled this out and am assuming I was charged the $1.97. I replied to an ad on the internet for a free trial for teeth whitener. I received the product and instructions, no invoice or any other material stating that this a a free trial for 10 days. 7/20/09 I bought 3 sprint phones at the Kiosks station located inside of Sam's Club on Grand Ave in Gurnee, IL. I ordered seasons 1-6 of NCIS. When received, at least a third of the discs will not even load and work. I have not gone through every episode on the dvds that work but there is at least one repeat of an episode so far. There were some small scratches on the dvds and there is sticker on the cover over where it said seasons 1-5. The return label was in Chinese. I signed up for DSL internet service from att in April, 2009. I was given two forms that would allow me to receive a $50 rebate debit card for signing up and an additional rebate of $80 in the form of a check for the modem rebate.
