I got a 24 volt cordless 4 tool combo kit for christmas little did I know that battery only lasts a little over 5 months with very light usage. when I went to purchase another battery the stores no longer carry them they are now a special order. I would like to complain about Imaginet Computers located at 899 Farmington Ave, Bristol, CT. I took my laptop there based on a recommendation from a colleague at work. The colleague had the same problem that I had (loose input jack). He told me that Imaginet charged him about $80 to fix that problem. I took my car to Purrfect Auto to get a diagnosis of my engine to check the compression because it lost power and has rough idle. I tried changing the spark plugs, but could not remove because they were too tight. I placed my order on April 24, my credit card was billed on May 5, today (June 26) no shipment and no response to my e-mails about order cancellation. Just started a GMail account. They offer a wonderful service that supposedly copies your e-mails and contacts from another e-mail account into your new GMail account. What they don't tell you is that there is no way to stop it! It is importing all the mail from my other account and leaving no copies of it there. My old inbox consistently says 0/0, and all my mail is forwarded to the GMail address. The web site offered a free 14 day trial priced at $14.95 the product was never delivered. So there was no trial period. The first product was deliverd two weeks after the order and the second product the next month. My credit card was billed twice in the same 14 day billing period. I think these people hould be put in jail for fraud! When you fill this out online it does tell you you have 15or 30 day trial. What they don't tell you is your trial starts the day you place the order. I was billed before I even got my free trial. All of the free trial teeth whitening products are a scam.
