It's been 4 years since I purchased a Willy dog style hot dog cart from "Willydog Ltd."aka "Worlds Best Hotdog carts "aka "Carts of Canada "aka "No Frills Hotdog carts "aka" U.S. Hotdogs." To date Will Hodgskiss has not satisfied any of the 26 malfunctions that prevent me from using the cart. I bought a XA-750 electric ATV and picked it up from the Newton, IA warehouse on a Thursday. Upon assembly, numerous parts were missing and the batteries were totally dead - unrecoverable according to a local Interstate Battery dealer. I borrowed a set of batteries and discovered that the controller module was also bad. I took the original dead batteries and the module back to Newton on the following Monday. Qwest does not honor their services and disconnected my services after speaking with several reps over the phone and paying my bill. My service were interrupted and they never credited my account for that and now they are charging me for them terminating their services. I was only with me for 1 1/2 months. I switched back over to Comcast, who are available 24 hours a day to take a complaint and fix the problem. read full review »

I picked up my items from this cleaner. There were only six items, I gave them eight. I was missing my favorite shirt and a pair of black pants. Called the cleaners to let them know I didn't receive all the items. They would not even listen to me or even try to find the items. They told me to look in my closet, that they are never wrong. I know they still have my item. The reason I brought my stuff to the cleaners was to get that shirt done so I could wear it this week. I was furious. Don't know how to handle something like this. The Westside Pavillion in Los Angeles has the worst parking situation of any shopping mall I have ever been to. There used to be an option to pay for valet parking for a flat rate of $3.00 under Nordstroms, but a new valet service has been hired which charges up to $15.50 for the pleasure of shopping there. Management of the Westside Pavillion (including Nordstrom) who made this selfish decision didn't take into account that customers, like me, would take their money elsewhere. My wife had her hours cut. I took on a second job. We were proud that were working hard to keep our heads above water after medical bills almost sank us. We moved a large balance to Chase for their touted “Lifetime Low Interest.” It helped. We’ve never missed a payment, never been late and were making progress..finally..after 2 years. On May 15, 2009, I went to WAMU, paid the $847.60 I owed and closed the account. Today, I receive a letter from ERS stating that I owe WAMU $236.35. I have CLOSED my account and paid it in full. I assumed that closed meant closed, but the person on the phone at ERS stated that if an automatic payment came through, it was honored. I did not authorize any payments to be made on a CLOSED account and will not pay this amount. When is someone going to stand up and say "ENOUGH"? Consumers are getting a raw deal everywhere and I will no longer let companies screw me. WAMU should NOT have paid anything on a CLOSED account and I am not, either! read full review »

Not a free 21 day supply for on $3.97 shipping. This is a scam as if I keep the two bottles sent to me my credit card will be charged 79.90. This was not made clear in the ad on the web. Plus it will cost me to sent it back with a return receipt as they ask. I am filing a complaint with the FTC on this as it is a total false advertising scam. Purchased a queen size Eurotop mattress set on 02 April 2009. I noticed the mattress was developing a "sag" in the middle and contacted Gallery Furniture. They told me they would send out a replacement the same night. Two hours later, they informed me that it was the vendor's responsibility to make good on the mattress, and that they would send a representative to inspect it. My travel rewards agent made the reservations for a 2-night stay at this hotel. since I am being rewarded for the stay, I was told by my travel reward agent that I will not pay for the stay with the understanding that I will pay for any incidentals. I was booked for August 27 and 29, 2009. This hotel charged $172.78 to my visa without my knowledge and authorization. The travel rewards agent made the booking in my name and they committed to pay for it. So why this hotel charged my credit card with out my authorization is beyond me. read full review »

I would like to know when these fast food places are going to teach their employees to package your hot foods seperately from your cold foods. It never fails, whenever I go to get some food to go...they ALWAYS mix the hot and cold in the same bag. You don't know how many times my ice cream was soup when I got home and I only live about 1/2 to 1 mile away depending on which fast food place I go to. Lexus dealership in Silver Spring is the worst dealership I ever had to deal with. I have not purchased vehicle here but because I moved to Silver Spring I am obligated to service my vehicle at this dealership as there is no nearby lexus dealerships. They have never managed to fix the problems of my car, the clicking noice in my car, they claim they cannot hear it. I let it go. I have been reading some the complaints posted this week. It would be interesting to know from some you what the initial startup package cost was quoted to you. From what I'm reading everyone's startup or initial cost was different. I ordered a sample, but received with thge sample a club membership for $49.63 a month. I have Emailed them several times and have made several phone with no reply. I thought I was being nice when I paid for the first payment by check. they cashed the check plus deducted the same amount from my bank account. So for the $5.95 dollar sample it has cost me $96.26. Now I find on my bank account a deduction for Blair registration that I never did order or register for. If you send $3.95 "shipping" they'll send you coupons... which can be used in certain stores. My husband and I were recently affected by this scam. Which is to me a Phishing scam, because for a small amount of money offered for a product that isn't real they are able to acquire credit card and debit card numbers from victims and then use this information for illigal purposes. If you find that you are a victim of this scam my suggestion is to contact your financial institution right away of the fraud, dispute any unknown charges that appear on your account and then block or close your card account and have a new card issued. read full review »

MY CHARACTER IS STUCK in the GRIZLY HILLS! I had died by falling of a cliff. I went and recovered my body and as I was healed and ready to move on, I jumped into the water below me that was only a .2 second drop and the game lagged for 3 seconds. The game procceded to log me out. Everytime I log back in onto my lvl 78 hunter, It lags in the same spot or pretty much just shows one shot of where I last was and then disconnects me from the server, Lightinghoof. ANYTHING GUYS???
