I have acomplaint against A-Plus Tailors and Cleaners on 317 Bald Hill Road. I took a pair of ladies slacks in to his store to be hemmed. He totally destroyed them. Transaction Fee Today I went to the above broker to retrieve a paper called a Listing Agreement that seemed to be missing from my file. When all of these papers were signed, the real estate agent took them and dropped me off copies the next day. Toronto law enforcement is making money from people leveraging the weak-spots of the drivers. There is a street off of the Weston Road, near Lawrence called Little Avenue. There is a no-right sign for this little avenue when coming from Weston Road between 4-6 PM. The signs for this no-right turn is not easily visible, unless you are looking for it. Long story short. This company and a company named Comprehensive Weight Loss have been making unauthorized withdrawals from my debit account since January. They knew what they were doing because the first thing said from their prerecorded message was that no prior charges would be refunded. I 'm going to do all I can to get back my money. Back in December of 2008, I was served a summons, I was being sued by Derrick E. McGavick for a debt from Capital One.
