After wearing a top once I washed and dried it, It shrunk to the point that I could not wear it. when I returned it to the store the manager, Cindy, at the Westfield mall told me that the return policy said the tags had to be on, and not worn or washed. I asked to exchange it for another top of the same type and she refused. Tags, off, worn, washed, no return. She was adamant. When I asked if she was willing to lose me as a customer she reiterated the policy. She stated she always line dries her clothes so hers don't shrink but this is not stated in the wash dry instructions. Forever 21 just lost a customer. read full review »

I tried to purchase a womens watch as a gift and selected 2 of the item. When I entered the card info, it stated it was unable to process due to carcd billing info mismatch. So I tried to enter a different card and it gave same error. "UNABLE to process" unfortunate for me, they were able to take the money from my account but not complete the sale. On April 9, 2009 my washer quit working because of a bad transmission. The company's supposed website only has a place to order. No way to cancel. I was able to cancel through the phone number on the envelope the stuff came in but was told to go to the website to view their requirements for a return of the product. We had a busted water heater and American Home Shield said that this contracter would be out that day. It took them three days to respond and when they came, the plumber did not even look at the problem and sent in a diagnosis that they would replace the boiler but wanted to charge $850 of assorted "non covered items". I had a respected plumber come to look at it and he said that every one of the things they were claiming were bogus claims. Understaffed and ill trained. After being told my simple color copying job (400 copies) could not be done until the next day, I used a color copier to self service print what I needed. Using paper I purchased from them (gloss finish) I attempted to copy. After numerous mis feeds, paper jams (which I cleared myself-no staff available) and an fee meter that seemed multiply instead of add I left w/o finishing my job as my fee added up to close to $475. Lesson learned-it's cheaper to color print at home. For $75 in printer cartridge ink and a ream of gloss paper I could have done the same thing w/o the frustration and outright price gouging. read full review »

I told them I did not order it and they said it was already shipped and that I would have to send it back for credit. I bought a bike from Canadian tires and the peddle threads went bad within two days of use by my son. I went back to the store and since there are no refunds or exchange on bikes, CT store took it for repair. The probelem is that the person who repairs these bikes is probably not good at it, so you are of your own to repair if they fail to repair. If you try to get it reapired outside, they charge you 30$ upfront. NEVER BUY FROM CANADIAN TIRES, COSTCO IS BETTER. Chuck and the entire NMIG Inc. company is a fraud. I sold my boat to someone through them and they are supposed to be collecting the payments and sending them to my bank. Luckily the guy who bought the boat is a good guy and is making the payments but NMIG is not sending them to my bank but is just keeping them. The buyer also put down 3 months of payments as a deposit in case he defaulted on the loan at which time NMIG was supposed to use that money to make the payments.
