I have been trying to get a hold of Mathew Kline the salesman who sold me my outdoor kitchen for months. I finally did get him to deliver the order May 25. He delivered the kitchen components which looked good, but the grill has a big dent on the hood, is missing the rotisserie, and is set up for natural gas when I requested propane. The movers told me that since my moving price had gone up, my credit card would DEFINITELY not be charged the $275 amount I was supposed to put down as a 25% deposit. Of course, calls to Discover showed that my credit card was charged the $275, and there were no attempts to refund that charge. I ordered a new radiator, after a long wait I received the part. The one in the box was a new part that had been installed and removed, it is damaged. I went to CVS in Boston and noticed that they had Organix shampoo and conditioners that have a Try Me for Free Rebate up to a $6.99 value, you pay just for the tax. I sent all requested material to have my money back have never received it. There are several complains online about the fake rebates of Organix. The do it every year. Refusal to refund $150.00 deposit on an apartment when agent clearly stated the deposit was refundable if the apartment was not taken. The agent was asked if the deposit was refundable if for any reason the apartment could not be taken and they said yes. Now they claim the deposit is non-refundable period. I preordered The Sims 3 Collector's Edition from the EA store back on the first of February. It was released in early June. Don't even take the trial unless you are fully prepared to pay the full amount for the trial product, AND be enrolled in the monthly program. Customer service does not exists. Messages to the CS line and email are never returned so you CANNOT CANCEL. I signed up for something through Google for $1.97. I received an email stating that my FREE trial of making extra $$ through google was being shipped to me. A week later I notice they took out $72.21 from my account which was NEVER authorized. I was also charged a service fee of $2.17 from my bank account b/c the $72.21 was from an international company. I received a letter from the Toyota Advantage Dealership in Lynbrook, NY, stating that they were offering a "key for key--early turn in event" that ould expire before May 31, 2009. One should wonder which kind of lousy rabbi Yitzhak miller is that even after we are able to get rid of him, many of us still feel he is a threat to the community.
