Got a COD package for my son-in-law. Asked if I should accept and pay and got a positive. Later his wife and he did not order said package that I paid $49 for. Will file a complaint with Post Office and will go to bank to stop payment on check. Will file a complaint with the state of LA as well and with the Slidell, LA BBB and Chamber of Commerce. read full review »

Easy Saver Rewards/Proflowers
Jkatone May 1, 2009
WOW! Talk about deceitful business practices. Pro Flowers should be ashamed for associating with Easy Saver. It was TOTALLY unclear that by taking advantage of the $15 off of my next order that I was "signing up" for a membership to this club. They took money out of my account and yet I never gave Easy Saver my Credit Card number. I did give it to Pro Flowers to make my purchase so that means that THEY gave it to Easy Saver. Let's just say that when you google a company and hundreds and hundreds of complaints come up before your... read full review »

Trifecta
Kenneth Coup May 1, 2009
Here recently I applied for an Auto Loan, via the Computer. Next thing I notice on 4/30/09, my bank account had been charged an overdraft fee, . I never signed up for this service and I know there are many others out there who have had the same problem. I want to start a Class Action Law Suit, and would like any feed back from those who have been scammed by this company. I also will go to the Better Business Bureau and fill out the Paper work there. I would hope that any other people who have had their Bank Accounts tapped into would want to fight back. read full review »

PlayPhone Inc
rfoshee May 1, 2009
I am currently an AT&T wireless customer. Upon reviewing my charges for March through April 2009, I discovered a $15.85 chage for 'Digital Content' applied to my phone by PlayPhone Inc. I notified AT&T immediately. The customer service agent was very helpful and ensured that the subscription was cancelled. In addition, she explained that there are companies who solicit cell phone users via text and automatically begin a monthly subscription if you do not reply. These charges can range from $9.99 to 14.99$ (plus tax). She... read full review »

Unified tribe cult exposed
Concerned May 1, 2009
I thought it would be a good idea to show you what cults are all about. I know that anyone who is involved with these people probably thinks they are to intelligent, well rounded and educated to fall for a cult. Guess what you are wrong. All of us that have been coned by this group are all of the above and much more, don't let your ego or wishes to get in the way of spotting that this is really a cult. here are a couple of sites and some information. If you can see how even half of what is said explains Magic and the Tribe than you... read full review »

Landmark Clearing / Scuta Network submitted a scam check to my dead mothers checking account, stating that they a signature on file. I contacted Landmark Clearing two times and was given two different company names that are DBA, doing business as. The first company stated that they do not know of Scuta Networks. The second company name I was given, First Digital Media, in Dudedin Florida, does not exist. Dominican Hair by Massiel
Stanley May 1, 2009
I have been Dominican Hair Salons before but this one has the worst customer service and they do not speak English well enough to provide the service you want. (The only reason I went to Dominican Hair Salon by Massiel was because my other Dominican hair lady moved back to New York). I went this salon to get a trim and cut. On the sign in sheet I wrote down what I wanted a wash, set and trimmed cut. Haynes Furniture Co

STAY AWAY FROM HAYNES FURNITURE/NORTH CAROLINA AND CO. I am not only displeased with my furniture set but also the customer service with Haynes Furniture. My husband purchased a bedroom set and it has been nothing but problems. First there was a nick in the Chest of Drawers, then there was residue that stained the mirror(the service tech had to come out twice for that because they initially left steel wool for me to clean the mirror), then there was wood falling from the dresser onto my clothes, then there was wood peeling from the... read full review »

The Village Vets
Harley May 1, 2009
This vet place is horrible. I took my cat there for annual check up and vaccine. Guess how much I was charged after a physical exam and 3 regular shots. $280! The charge three times other vets would charge. The worst thing is when I complained at the big number at check out, the receptionist just told me it is my fault not to ask for an estimation of cost before the service. I have had the cat for 8 years and I took him to vets at different locations each year. I've never need to ask for estimation of cost ahead of time. Ye... read full review »

These guys totally suck. They are #1 in canada and only deal in volume. Stay away from Sherwood Nissan, they suck. Much like City Ford, they don't know what Cust Serv is once they sell you because its all about volume and getting the lower mass buy rate or National discount. You might pay a few hundred less but you may pay for it much more if you encounter any issues. They have screwed up at every turn and fail to return calls/emails etc. They don't' give a shit. Fine- no prob, we'll start over. So the guy, Luis, who was very helpful, booked me another car and got everything arranged. He asked for my card to put the deposit down and all was good. My husband has a CitiFinancial loan. Our daughter was recently diagnosed with a Brain Tumor. We were at the hospital for over 2 months and stayed current with them. When we came home I contacted Citifinancial. Which by the way is my old employer. I had to ask them for a deferment on my loan for this months payment. They did not offer any help in anyway other then "Where's the payment and when will it be here." They were very snippy. I told them that we are doing the best we can. BCBS
Melvin May 1, 2009
After 7 long months of dealing with several people at BC/BS, I have come to the conclusion they are just about worthless as a provider anymore. It didn't use to be the case. Let me start tell my story. My wife gave birth to our son on 6/5/2008 through C-section in the Philippines. She encountered several infections and complications and remained in the hospital for 3 weeks. I was there, everytime they removed her bandage it was saturated with blood. You see her sister died from leukimia, and she did and remained to have a high white blood... read full review »

CarpetRight
Vel May 1, 2009
I ordered vinyl from Carpetright, I was charged 11.99 for glue, when the fitters came at a separate charge of £40.00 they just stuck the edges of the room down with tape and did not use glue. I advised carpetright who had the fitters return to inspect the room. They advised this was perfectly normal and how they lay vinyl (although even carpetright website advises never stick the edges only as this will cause nicking). The fitters advised they could use F3 glue at and extra charge of £25, but my dispute is the vinyl was not laid properly at the start. read full review »

We found this company through a link on CollegeBoard.com. We assumed they were a reputable company. We were wrong. I experienced the same thing with the same company. I joined AC Fitness in Greensboro, NC two years ago also. I chose that gym because it was within walking distance from where I lived. Last year, they went out of business. For months, I was getting charged and had no idea what was going on. Seven Home & Away Ltd.
Freddy May 1, 2009
They advertise one rate and after you have purchased credit they charge you at a higher rate. They deliberately do not provide statements in order that you do not realize the charge rate. They make many promises that they do not keep. Even more worse news – their sales team pester you on a very regular basis to purchase more credit. Take note you will be disturbed at all times even if you have a large credit balance. I ended up paying £100 worth of credit which was charged at 3 times the rate they advertised (I was sucked into £100 when I only wanted to try them out with £10). Please avoid this company. read full review »

On two occasions on January 6, 2009 I ask the CVS Representative who contacted me for the contracted cost of the drug. On two occasions the representative would not disclose this information, ether because she chose not to, or for some reason did not have this information. This seemed strange to me but the representative was persistent in her request for my copay of $150 so I gave her my credit card.
