I ordered a charmeuse satin comforter from specialty linens.com for $170. When I took it out of the packaging I realized it was the ugliest comforter I had ever seen. Furthermore it was not the least bit comfortable. A $50 walmart comforter is 10 times more comfortable that what I purchased. Moved into new home constructed by Macintosh Builders of Souderton, PA on 2-15-08. The home suffers from serious water pressure issues. The builder was notified in writing by the township that our lot would have these water pressure issues. The builder however never disclosed this with us, and has ignored the problem since then. However, when I put it on, it became apparent that I ordered a jacket that was one size too small. I called the company to find out exactly how to do an exchange. I purchased a $1, 600.00 dinette set from Chromcraft Furniture. At that price, one should expect to get a quality product. The oak table and chairs arrived intact, but with defects. The oak tabletop has a defective finish, as it is peppered with a black over-spray from the Chinese production shop. Erlinda Johnson is the owner of this house. I rented this house from her for the past 2 yrs. Within the last 8 months I've been diagnosed with asthma. I've since moved out of her house because of that issue. This started with my having purchased an Antec Case back in October 2008. After a couple of months the Power switch became erratic and I had to remove the front panel just to turn on the power. Google ATM is a scam. I found out two seconds after signing up and reading the small print. It says you must cancel in writting within 7 days or be charged 69.90 a month from a third party company. I sent a express letter the next day. It was signed for by a Q Wang, and today my account was charged 69.90. I have notified my bank, the NV police and the Salt Lake City Police where the third party is located. I have a PPO plan, yet for yet they have refused full payment a a secondary insurer. I was of the impression 1) that as a PPO member you have the right to go to anyone.But that everyone may not accept it and you need not permission first 2) that for mental health it was a requirement that any insurer whether a PPO or HMO has to accept the full insurance charge, and if not they should inform the client that this is not allowed.
