I purchased this product with a 30 day free trial... I tried it for 2 weeks once I received it. It did nothing for me. I noticed nothing. I sent it back in 17 days. Trial product ordered along with Natra Pure, took 7 to 10 days to receive trial product. ACIX3 charged my account 10 days after the order was placed. The product was received without any cancellation notice. Apex Battery . com substuted a cheap off-brand battery for the Yuasa battery they had listed on their web site. Late on the page in small print they do tell the buyer that this is not the brand listed on the headline, but a compatible replacement. On the reciept, they listed the battery as a Yuasa also. The connection went down over two weeks ago and FairPoint refuses to fix it. The bright spot is, I'm not alone, two different reps from FairPoint say a month is not uncommon and that FairPoint is in over their heads. According to them the system to address repairs is horrible. I think I'll just have the account shut down and go with satellite. It is unlikely that I will rent from Dollar Rent A Car again. First the rental was a bit more than I had anticipated after getting a quote online the clincher though was when they charged me for a tire that went flat and turned out to be unrepairable. Their position was that since I had not purchased their insurance that I was liable. I am a retired criminal investigator and was scammed by SWM Laboratories when they offered a free trial of VITAL REZ V for just $3.95 S&H. The product never arrived, but they charged my credit card $87.13 WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I responded to an add in my mail about a home-based business from Google Treasure chest. They offered a CD for $1.97 (shipping charges only). Without my authorization, they withdrew $72.21 from my credit card. Now, they are saying that even though I cancelled today, 4-30-09, it is going to take 7 to 10 working days to reinstate the money back on my card. The double speak and off color, slight of hand by MetroPCS about their supposed Family Plan, is so out there I finally had to have a knowledgable rep explain it to me. Most of their factory store reps don't even understand it and can not explain it. When something is that complex then it is no wonder people are running away from it. I allege that this company is violating the provisions of the federal Telemarketing Consumer Protection Act. The company is using bobocalls to solicit purchase of health insurance products on telephone numbers properly registered with the federal do not call list. On 3/2/09 our office rec a call @ 3:23 a.m. asking if we could provide snow removeal service for them on over 14 properties of Exxon Mobile gas station sites. I took my 2000 corvette in to have a recall repaired for a steering column lock notice that was displayed on my Drivers Information Center. I had received the recall notice earlier and had to have the car hauled to the Rooster Bush Chevrolet dealership. They kept the car for three weeks waiting on the parts.
