I had been using Fraudaid.com to report scams that I receive on a daily basis. I followed their instructions and forwarded emails to them as it stated to do so on their site. Most of my emails got sent back to me with a message stating that they could not use the report. The returned emails did not state specifically what I was doing wrong. On 3/12/09 we had our air ducts cleaned by this company, whose name should be changed to "DIRTY Air Technologies"! During the procedure something went terribly wrong and they blew dirty air back into our house through the air intake vents, creating a dirty and filthy mess in our house. On 4/14/09 I ordered the CD as instructed because the logo used by the site is identical to the Google Logo which was obviously very misleading. Furthermore, the charge is $1.97 for the CD and there is no mention of any additional charge of $72.21 dated 4/24/09 which I found while checking my Credit Card account today (5/2/09). I called on Monday April 6th and cancelled my order after reading further that the product was going to cost me 79.95 and I was going to be billed for a 3 month supply. I spoke with Cameron and she stated that all of my information was deleted and I would not be charged for anything because my information was no longer in there system. I checked my credit card on line today and I was charged $14.95 on the 27th of April. I have contacted my CC company and have cancelled my card and filed a dispute over the charges the reciept for shipping does not state that there are any other charges involved. Well I think compared to the Viagra and other ED drug commericals the BK ad is nothing to get offended about. I was sent a cashiers check in the amount of $3, 900.oo. Subcontractors beware. Do not work for Huff and Associates if you want to get paid on time. They will not and do not pay on time period and when it comes time to collect your retainage you will have to file a mechanics lien on the job and file a claim against their payment bond. They keep the retainage money as long as they can to collect interest off YOUR money. This company took additional money out of my checking account without authorization. I was going through for a mortgage loan modification. The initial interview they needed $900.00 up front. I gave them the authorization for this amount only. After approzimately 40 days nothing was done. I canceled their services on the 13 of March on the 15th thier withdrew $1000.00 out of my account.
