Bought an Acer computer from Newegg and not sure if Newegg or Acer is the problem but bought on Dec 27, 2008, hooked up on Jan 18 and nightmare began. Bad memory stick so called Acer on 1-19-09, they sent a new memory stick, received 1-31, then new issue so called that day. Got up and running, then new issue on 2-20, sent recovery disks but after they came, found out after instillation they were in French, called on 2-20 and sent it back for repair, got back on 3-3 and on 3-7 hard drive crashed, sent back arrived back to me on 3-20 and on 4-2... read full review »

Bought a 32" iLO TV from Walmart about 1 year ago and it no longer works. Won't even turn on. Walmart says call iLO to complain/honor warranty, iLO says call Walmart to complain/honor warranty. I had faithfully paid the full term of the lease. The person who represented this company lied about the terms of the contract. I explained that I would only need this service for a year. I was told that at the end of my one year use I could cancel the account. After the one year I learned different. I was told I had a 36 mos lease and could not cancel my contract and the equipment was mine because that's what I was paying for. I don't know why anyone would have opened a complaint here. These people are wonderful and their dogs are excellent. They go the extra mile to insure you are happy with your dog. I was online trying to get approved for a payday loan or credit card, i'm not sure which it was but some how some company has enrolled me in a ID protect tion program and had debit 31.83$ from my checking on two diffrent occassions, i don't have a card from this company and did not authorize any money to be taken out of my account. I called the 1800 number and got a recording. I don't think I i'm going to hear back form any one and i'm would like to be refunded or at least have them stop taking money out of my acount. read full review »

OMG!!! These people just won't stop. They rip me off not once but twice! I believe in the good in people and tend to forgive and forget easily but there is nothing good about this company. My Sleep Innovations queen size mattress topper is 55" by 77". My queen size mattress is 60" by 80". Sleep Innovations sells two sizes, the smaller size I have and a 60" by 80". They claim the 55 by 77 is cut a little shorter for a better fit under sheets. How does being cut 5" shorter then my mattress help it fit better? The topper is always shifting on my bed leaving a big uncomfortable gap on one side. I expect that when I have a product labeled queen size that it will fit my queen size mattress. I ordered Flowers for my mothers funeral on Saturday at 4:30 MDT. The Web site offered same day delivery of ordered before 6PM. They were not delivered. After calling and e-mailing, I got a call on Monday morning apologizing and a promise to deliver before 12:00 Noon on Monday. Paid $270 Feb 28 for services rendered. Since that time, I have received 2 Billing Statements claiming I owe $235 for services, after Insurance proceeeds. Statement does not show my $270 payment. The company claims my payment was for other services, CONVENIENTLY NOT LISTED ON their monthly statements to me. My claim is they owe me $35 after they post my payment on their books. The sales agreement which they provided, and which I signed at the time of purchase, specifically stated that we were allowed 3 days in which to return the product. McLaughlin’s in Fargo, ND have kept in contact with us for the past year over the ski locker issue. They wanted to buy us ski racks that mount on each side of the boat; however, this does not suit our purposes. We tube, ski and stop to jump off of the side of the boat.
