I need to know whether this company is legitimate or not. I have read several concerns from people who think that they are not. They claim to be a christian based organization for debt consolidation. I ordered a free sample of this cosmetic cream (not software). The next month I received the same product with a $79 charge on my American Express card. I sent the second package back with a letter stating that they never send the product to me again. This month I have another $79 charge on my card which I have also blocked. My mother and I have been seeing Ladda here for years now, but when i booked my sister and 6 year old niece an appoitment here with Ladda a lady named Anna took her instead and CHOPPED off my niece beautiful hair. When I say chopped off I mean chopped off. She had hair 2-3 inches below her shoulders and wanted a trim of 1-2 inches. They are great until you sign the deal and buy the car. They don't follow through on ANYTHING they say that they will do. I was lied to repeatedly and the General Manager is one of the rudest people I have EVER come into contact with. The customer service here is a joke. I am trying to buy a house listed with a local real estate company, it was not listed as a short sale, however guess it actually is. Made orginial offer Jan 9, 2009, offered full asking price, offered to pay all closing cost, contingent on a home inspection. I have been duped by EZ Saver Rewards with monthly charges of $14.95 for several months dating back to August 2008. We have a "busy" charge card with two of us using it and that one charge along with so many others just got lost. the call constantly disconnected even before any conversation starts, was charges $3...so you could be not able to talk for anything and already got charged $3. terrible service!!! this happens at least 3 times a day, that is $9 charge for nothing. i have to buy $59.9 which $9.9 is convenient fees, which lasted 2 days only. we only talked for 40 mins a day or less, so that is 80 mins for $60. well the rate is actually ~$6 for 15 mins, if the disconnect problem isn't there, then $50 will last 120 mins, so the connection problem... read full review »

I was told that I could recieve a 30 day trial period for free and could cancel at anytime within 14 days without charges or obligation. I got the product on Feb the 20th and called on March the 5th to cancel this was the 14th day and I was charged on my credit card for 64.90 and they say I had to call within 14 days of ordering. I called to connect to DTV on 24 Apr 09; I had been a previous customer - had one unit in motorhome; no equipment installed, just received a new card number to access the satellite. The sales person told me that did not matter I could qualify for the offer of $49.99 per month and since I was such a good customer I would get it for $44.99. I heard about Resveratrol from Dr Oz on Opray and wanted to try the product. Ridex Plus unit do not work. Since installing 2 units in a 22oo sq ft home I have still had rodents in my home. The company refuses to accept the return on the units based on a timeline of a money back guarantee. They do not cary the brands that they say they do. They will do ANYTHING to get you to sign a contract with them, which then they sell to a collection agency. Much like the previous complaint I sent a large sum of money on new cabinets. Tom was very responsive prior to my order. Unlike the previous person there were missing parts (hardware mainly) and incorrect drawer fronts and rollouts. At first Tom did respond and promised to correct the situation, even told me the parts had been ordered (which turns out they weren't). These are Timeshare Resale Outfits. They claim to have a buyer interested in your timeshare. Some have actually gone as far to tell me, "I already have a downpayment from an approved buyer" These Shysters want you to pay up frount to clear & transfer title. The problem is they claim it takes 2-3 weeks to do title work, they then claim to give the supposed buyer 30 days to accept offer. By now 6-7 weeks have passed, they have your money, you have nothing, and because of the length of time from Credit Card transaction and you realizing you have been a victim, it makes it more difficult to recover your money. I went to C-Media website, and it directed me to Driver Doctor to make sure that I would choose the correct driver. After spending a long time downloading the program, it required a fee greater than the price of the hardware for which I wanted the driver. So I refused. I think that the creators of the program had decided that I should be punished!! For when I returned to use my computer, it was if some very nasty virus had gotten in. Many things didn't work.
